Been a little quiet about who I’ve been cooking for these past few months. Can’t show you the client… but I can show you what they’ve been eating. 👀🤫

A few months of private kitchens, custom menus, family dinners and a whole lot of plates.

Some opportunities you don’t have to announce. You just keep cooking and let the work speak. Proud of me!

People judge a chef by the last plate they saw.

They don’t see the versatility behind it.

One day it’s athlete meals.
Another day it’s comfort food.
Then it’s refined dishes like this.

My responsibility is to bring my client’s vision to life—not my ego.
