A few FAQs about the chef 👩🏾‍🍳 👩🏾‍🌾🫛 because “what exactly do you do?” comes up a lot 🤍

From luxury curated events + private dining to sports performance meal development, my work lives at the intersection of flavor, wellness, culture, and intention. Grateful to serve families, professional athletes, and communities through food that feels good and tastes even better.

Healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. Around here we do both ✨

Good food + good flavors + better ingredients!

A quick glance at how we’re ending summer and stepping into all the fall flavors. My clients are always so excited for the switch up, and honestly, so am I! 🍂

Will always advocate for eating well NOT equating to boring food. Eat well, be well y’all! 🌱✨

With @exspensivetastecatering , it’s always in the details. ✨

Working alongside Chef Kandis always gives me a little inspiration to level up my own décor and presentation game.
One last one because I couldn’t help but share. 🧈🤎

A little color never hurt the table. 🍊🍋✨
Fresh fruit, bright citrus tones, and a tablescape designed to feel just as good as the food tastes.
There’s something about bringing together fresh ingredients + thoughtful details that makes a table feel complete.

Kinda chic to have Black Garlic Sweet Chili Wings with a Jalapeño + Scallion Garnish for lunch. 🌶️🍗✨

A little behind the scenes of menu development at Jae C Culinary Co.

One of my favorite parts of being a private chef is taking familiar dishes and finding ways to make them feel a little more intentional.

Today’s test: crispy wings tossed in a black garlic sweet chili sauce, finished with fresh jalapeño + scallions and paired with a house-made jalapeño buttermilk ranch.

For testing, I pulled out my @PrestoAppliances ProFryer for that crispy, golden finish. The ranch started with @HiddenValleyRanch + @Dukes_Mayo and got the Jae C treatment from there. 🤭

Safe to say... this one may have earned a spot on the menu.

I don’t think Humanity Service will ever get old to me. ❤️🧡

Every event reminds me that caring for people isn’t always complicated. Sometimes it’s showing up. Sometimes it’s paying attention. And sometimes it’s something as simple as helping a child stay cool on a hot Texas day.

Thankful to @30buildfoundation for having @honorhumanity The event was nothing short of stellar, and we are so excited to see what you all have in store.

Huge thank you to @pedialyte for helping us keep over 100 community members cool and hydrated.

This is the kind of work that fills my cup.
