We let the radish grow long. Ended up kinda sweet and not a spicy kick. Charcuterie went well. Pushed them a bit hard Thursday. by @chefrobbie1969

Week 9!! Baked Custard, Meringue!
🎂🥮 🍋 We made lemon meringue tart with short crust, lemon curd filling, and Italian meringue! Also made a classic pavlova (french meringue) with pastry cream & fresh fruit!
