Our final week was one to remember! We wrapped up our culinary journey with a celebratory BBQ filled with great food, fun, and even better memories! 🥳🍔🌽
Our young chefs got hands-on preparing their own burgers, BBQ chicken, macaroni salad, and corn on the cob. And of course, Chef Robb had to bring the homemade Mac & Cheese! 🧀🔥
After all the prep, we headed outside to enjoy our BBQ, celebrate everything we accomplished, and enjoy some well-deserved fun! ☀️🍽️
Over these past four weeks, our students didn’t just learn recipes — they learned new skills, teamwork, confidence, and the joy of creating something from scratch. 👨🏽‍🍳❤️
It’s been an AMAZING journey, and I’m so proud of every one of our young chefs!

This week, our young chefs learned how to make their very own Burritos! They prepared and cut their ingredients, learned the art of rolling the perfect burrito, and each group made their own fresh guacamole to enjoy with crispy tortilla chips! 👨🏽‍🍳👩🏽‍🍳
It was such a fun, hands-on day filled with teamwork, creativity, and of course… GOOD FOOD! 😋
We can’t believe our final class is already approaching! These past few weeks have been amazing, and we’re so proud of everything our students have learned and accomplished. ❤️
One more class to go… and we’re going to end it even better than we started! 🔥👨🏽‍🍳

This week, our young chefs made a CLASSIC favorite — Spaghetti & Meatballs! 🍝✨
We started by creating our own meatball mixture, shaped our meatballs, and learned how to properly sear them to perfection. Then we moved on to making a delicious homemade sauce before boiling our spaghetti and bringing everything together! 🙌🏽
After all that hard work, it was time to grab a plate and enjoy the meal we created! 😋🍴
It was more than just a great lunch — it was a day filled with hands-on learning, teamwork, new skills, and a recipe our students can take with them!
2 weeks down, and we’re just getting started! 👨🏽‍🍳🔥

We kicked off our culinary journey with a CLASSIC — Jerk Chicken Sandwiches! 🌶️🔥
Our young chefs made their own jerk chicken, jerk mayo, fresh coleslaw, and fried sweet plantains, then brought it all together on delicious coco bread for the ultimate sandwich! 😋🙌🏽
But we didn’t stop at cooking! Each student also got to personalize their own apron, which they’ll be wearing throughout this culinary journey. 👨🏽‍🍳✨
It was an amazing first week filled with cooking, creativity, teamwork, and plenty of good food!
