@favchef and @kingshawaiian issued a challenge. For my #alohachallenge I made pork sliders, with a pineapple salsa.

Ribs marinaded Ina variety of fresh ingredients such as: garlic, ginger, onion, lemon, green onion, even some coconut water( fresh from the coconut of course)

The pineapple salsa: tomatoes, green onion, S+P, and pineapple

The side dip: roasted Jalapeño, toasted coconut, red pepper, and bacardi rum! by @chefrobmichael

Heyyy everybody ,Whats goin on? Recently I got a new knife to try out. It's the @dalstrong Delta wolf series 7 inch Santoku.

I wanted to give it a few tries, and I must say. I really like this knife. It is a fairly light knife and the blade is insanely sharp. The leather sheath that comes with it is sturdy and well crafted. It retails for around $190 CAD, but i got it on sale. If youre Interested in trying out their knives, I highly recommend, and they always have sales going on.

Ps. If youre a DC comic nerd. Check out some of their collaboration series knives. I won't spoil it.

On vacation. Went to @harrysrestaurante in Play del carmen. Here we have a Kobe beef filet, with grilled vegetables and veggie soup. The Kobe beef was SO tender, and they even cooked it on a hot stone at the table. It was AMAZING. 10/10 5 stars. And any other positive high scale you can give it. by @chefrobmichael
