Making pizza is easy… they said 😅🍕 Pizza had other plans! Here are some pizza bloopers… chaos, laughs, and messy fun! 😂 #pizza #foodreels #foodie #reelsviral #kitchenchaos by @chefrocco10
It all started when a 10-year-old started selling dough balls during COVID 🍕… 5 years later, I’m running my own pizza business 🔥 #FromKitchenToBusiness #PizzaJourney #YoungEntrepreneur #SmallBusinessGrowth #FoodieLife #HustleAndHeart #DreamBig #PizzaLovers #BusinessJourney #CovidEraHustl by @chefrocco10
After five years of chasing the perfect pizza setup… turns out it was in my lounge the whole time.” #HomePizza #NeapolitanPizza #PizzaSetup #PizzaObsessed #DoughWork #PizzaAtHome #OvenLife #PizzaCraft #PizzaioloVibes #HomePizzeria by @chefrocco10
Just saying… pizza is a process 🍕😂 It takes hours, sometimes days, to get the dough just right and ready for a takeaway night or an event. And that’s only the start! Then there’s packing up, setting up, rolling out every pizza by hand and making sure each one comes out just right. After service, it’s packing down and tackling all the washing up… well, my mum does that bit haha. Thanks, Mum! I love what I do and wouldn’t change it, but it’s definitely not a five-minute job! Although, before I started my pizza journey, I’m pretty sure I thought it was 😂 A lot goes into every pizza, and I’m proud of that 🍕 #pizzaprocess #teenagepizzaiolo #pizzajourney by @chefrocco10
Just following instructions 😀😀 Happy Halloween all 🎃 #cuttingcarbs #neapolitanpizza #pizzawins by @chefrocco10
I had to do this 🎥😂 Well, it’s definitely not for Netflix… but something exciting happened in this lounge on Friday. All will be revealed… 👀🍕 #PizzaBusiness #YoungEntrepreneur #behindthescenes by @chefrocco10
6 years on Instagram. From my first pizza to my latest one. 🍕🔥 What a journey. #PizzaJourney #PizzaMaking #WoodFiredPizza by @chefrocco10
It was all going so well. Looked like the perfect pizza until… 🫠 I added more semolina underneath and managed to get it into the oven, but it came out looking like a flatbread with a hole in the middle 😂 Why is it always the first pizza that goes wrong?! Moving on… 🍕 #pizza #foodreels #foodie #reelsviral #kitchenchaos by @chefrocco10
But it’s just some pizza…😆 There’s a lot of hard graft before the first pizza comes out of the oven. It’s something I never really thought about when I went to my favourite pizzeria. You probably wouldn’t either! Pizza isn’t just pizza. It takes hard work, practice and plenty of graft to get it just right. I’m one year into my pizza event Business and I’ve learned SO much. I still have a lot to learn about running a successful business, but I’m so grateful to everyone who’s shared advice, welcomed me into their pizza kitchens and trusted me with their special events. Thank you! #teenagepizzaiolo #teenageentrepreneur #pizzaevents by @chefrocco10
Up early prepping my dough… something exciting is happening today! All will be revealed soon 👀 #DoughPrep #SomethingExciting #watchthisspace by @chefrocco10
AD. Stop scrolling, you need to try this steak pizzaiola sandwich This is a recipe I grew up with, and it’s the first thing my cousin makes for us whenever we arrive in Italy. I promise you, you’re going to LOVE it! One of the most delicious sandwiches you’ll ever try, with just five simple ingredients. Have I got your attention? The main thing that makes this simple family favourite so good is the sauce, @muttipomodorouk plum tomatoes are so good, they took my sauce to another level. Honestly, there is nothing like it. • Oregano • Garlic • Sirloin or your favourite cut of steak • Mutti plum tomatoes • Olive oil Simple ingredients. Big flavour. A sandwich you’ll want to make again and again. #deceptivelysimple #italianfood #muttipomodoro #steakpizzaiola by @chefrocco10
School holidays are here, and I’m straight back to making pizza 🍕 It’s funny how it’s like riding a bike. You never forget! I made the dough this morning, and it turned out really well. I’m off to Athens with my parents for a few days. If you know any good pizzerias, let me know! When I get home, I have some exciting filming planned for something special.
