PROUD MOMENT!

Immensely honored to share that Botanero is featured in the World’s @50bestdiscovery this year alongside some of our favourite places to go in the Netherlands (we see you @tresrotterdam !! & @sinsofsal !!!). We will never be able to explain the feeling we get when people order a Paloma without even having to look at our menu.

We want to say thank you to all of our guests, partners, but most importantly our crew. Thank you for always pushing to be better, no matter the circumstances. We couldn’t have done this without any of you.

GEEN WOORDEN MAAR KAAS 🧀🧀

I was asked to join this summer edition of 'De Buik Magazine'. Working together with 'Rotterdamsche Oude Kaas' was so fun! I created new dishes: a quesabirria with a 55 weeks aged Rotterdam old cheese and a rich queso.

Extremely proud to be in this Magazine alongside, @vjeze_fur and @etenmetnicknl (Fun Fact: Nick actually handed me my NK Pancake cup in 2023!)
