A Dream Turned Reality! Humbled to have led the creation of the very first Four Seasons x Valrhona Pastry Competition. Two global leaders — one in luxury hospitality and one in the world of chocolate — came together for this historic milestone.After a rigorous selection process, four talented chefs made it to the finals at the Valrhona School in Brooklyn:👩‍🍳 Chef @cpersichitte (FS Palo Alto)👩‍🍳 Chef @maruschka.ang (FS Las Vegas)👨‍🍳 Chef @michelrsanchez (FS Fort Lauderdale)👨‍🍳 Chef @daryllhu (FS Toronto)Every contestant shined, but only one could take the title. Congratulations to Chef @daryllhu, our first-ever champion! 🏆Bringing this project to life was both exciting and challenging, with almost a year of preparation and planning. The knowledge gained over 10+ years of competition experience, along with involvement and the logistical lessons learned with Pastry Team USA 🇺🇸 @pastryteamusa, made this mission possible. When I reached out to Valrhona about the project, they were all in from day one, proving once again their unwavering commitment to supporting chefs and our craft.This event is more than a competition.
