Today is the day my mom hangs up her “calculator” and retires from doing taxes! I’m so happy for her and all her work from the time she started working for H & R Block which led to starting her own business from home to where she has been for several years now at her office in Covina. Last night I Googled "Salsizzle" just to see what would come up and came across this article, I'm sorry and disappointed it took over a year to find this! I'm honored and proud of our work to be considered for being included in a list like this, @caseyalexanderperez and I had just started the pop-up at the time, it wasn't easy loading that special grill/oven onto that trailer, thank you Casey for your hard work and dedication! Salsizzle has taken a break from pop-ups, we have hosted several catered events these past few weeks and are looking forward to making a return to Street Food but in a whole new way, look for us with a new announcement soon! And a big thank you @danasay for including us, thank you sooo much and we look forward to serving you some new creations very soon! by @chefsalsizzle

California BBQ to me is looking back and seeing what was done before and bringing it to today’s standards with creativity in mind.
