R.I.P. "Uncle Steve".....when my father first started telling me about you he made it sound like you were an urban legend more than a man, and rightfully so! You were a larger than life figure, and your stories were unmatched. This was our first of many fishing trips together (before I found out I had sea sickness) and definitely our favorite! Hanoi you have outdone yourself; the food, people, temples, pagodas, museums are all top notch and can't be put into words. Grateful to be able to see so much in only 5 days. Off to Ha Long Bay for the next adventure with @guesswhichsmith! Can't wait to come back on Sunday for 1 more night ✌️

The single greatest coffee I have ever had. Vietnamese egg coffee, made by whisking egg whites with sweetened condensed milk for roughly 10min until it reaches a meringue consistency. Then ladeled onto a very strong espresso roast. Think liquid tiramisu, meets a meringue pie, absolutely to die for. Inspiration for a new dessert this upcoming season

1st attempt at a "North Shore 3 Way" still work to be done but it could have been much worse. Need to slice the beef thinner, cook a touch less, and get a good roll. I've always loved food, and as a professional Chef I've come to understand and appreciate it even more over the years. What I wasn't ready for was something as good as this, growing up in NH "the 3 way" wasn't something we had. I didn't have my 1st until I was in college at Nikos in Salisbury, and I was immediately hooked. I stopped at @jamiesroastbeef in Peabody today and this is by far the greatest beef I have ever had (and arguably the best sandwich I've ever tasted.) It's absolutely perfect, and worth the drive no matter where you are. 10/10 and highly recommend
