Some of the small things outside the kitchen that make a world of a difference in the kitchen. Showing my face and smile is something I can’t hide! Using Klyyr on my teeth provides a smooth finish on my teeth with an even better smell through my mouth that doesn’t give garlic a CHANCE! I think it’s something that goes over a lot of our heads but is really important that we check the ingredients on the things we use daily and if we’re not able to figure out what it is, we’re better off not using it!

Asian inspired sesame ribs 🧾

One of the coolest things about cooking is how everything you use plays its important role.

From my cutting board from @ericksonlongboards I’ve been using consistently for the past 2 and a half years. I always find myself amazed on how unique the board is, knowing I won’t find anything like it. The patterns and the craftsmanship alone put it above other cutting boards. And being 100 percent transparent, it’s not just a cutting board, it’s a work of ART!

You guys always see the white bottle of @garciadelacruzoliveoil @aceitesgarciadelacruz and in cooking versatility is a big thing. You’re on cloud 9 all the time when you’ve got OPTIONS, that goes for any situation. When I don’t want the straight Robust EVOO, I’ve got a Chili Infused EVOO or a Lemon and Basil infused EVOO. It’s the small things you wouldn’t even realize that take the meal to the next level. For me it’s good having these options, knowing I can focus on a cultural dish using the chili infused oil rather than a different oil. #themoreyaknowthemoreyagrow!

Of course we ask what’s cooking without a knife? @nwknifeworks makes their appearance ONCE AGAIN in my kitchen. I’ve got 3 special knives I use in my daily rotation, and they all have their why on purpose. Outside of the lifetime warranty you get with these knives, you’ve got stylish and vibrant colored handles to think about when choosing your knife. If you think it stops there with the handle hold your horses cause their handles vans retain over 500 degrees of heat!

Sweet heat Mac n cheezin.

After a little hiatus, I’ve returned.

Right now I’ve started this series implementing @garciadelacruzoliveoil in every meal I create. In this, I plan on showcasing its versatility in the kitchen and how it can be used throughout the kitchen.
