Hey y’all! 🍝 Check out my Dish of the Week:

“Neckbone Linguine”!

It’s a delicious fusion of Southern and Italian flavors that’ll have your taste buds dancing. These tender, smoky neckbones mingle in a sexy tomato sauce, using a reduction of the smoked neckbones broth, all tossed with al dente linguine. It’s the flavor bomb you’ve been missing! 😋 Believe me! This is what you want.

Frozen S’mores 👩🏾‍🍳

Thankful to have been put on the desserts station. My confidence level is at 100 on desserts now. Can’t wait to get in the lab and put all I’ve learned into my own creations. 🔥🔥👩🏾‍🍳

Praying for all who are fighting this battle… I’ve taken the pledge and will use every resource I have to help the women who fight this battle in silence. Your strength is one that more than often goes unseen. The fight in you both inspire and motivates me in ways that I’ve never imagined.

I hope you guys will join me in this campaign for ‘27 #FuckCancer by @chefshanika

To the woman who smiles when she’s hurting.
To the woman who keeps showing up when life feels heavy.

To the woman who has every reason to fall apart but somehow finds the strength to keep going.

To the woman who carries her family, her faith, her responsibilities, and her own pain all at the same time. You are stronger than you realize.

Sometimes we look at a woman and see her accomplishments, her family, her smile, her faith… and we have no idea what it took for her to get there.

But I want you to know that you are not alone. There are people praying for you.
People rooting for you.
People who admire you more than you know.
People who are inspired simply by watching you keep fighting.

And to the women in my life who have had to fight battles they never asked for, thank you for showing me what true strength really looks like.

You inspire me.
You remind me that being strong doesn’t mean you never cry, never get scared, or never feel tired.

Sometimes strength is simply saying,
“I’m still here. And I’m still fighting.”

Keep fighting, and keep inspiring, beautiful. Love you 💕 by @chefshanika
