Today is the beginning of a new chapter in my life. It's my birthday! This year is more about thanksgiving, appreciation & reflection than a celebration. Between February, 2023 and this very day in June, 2023, I have been through so much with my physical health, spirital journey & sanity. It's been battles since then. I even almost died. I've in and out of the hospital all those months. At a moment, the doctor said I was a "WALKING MIRACLE". I will save the testimony & story for another post. Today is just to say "THANK YOU" to God for preserving my life.

I also have to say a big thanks to all the people that have been there. So many people also recently just found out & some are just getting to hear. I will dedicate a post to everyone that also showed love & concern. You all made a super impact! Thanks!

I thank GOD for bringing you into my life out of over 4 billion women that are on this Earth. It hasn't been easy right from when we started dating. We have been through so many trials, challenges, mysteries & adventures together. 2023 has been quite a roller-coaster & we have held through the various weather and I say "THANK YOU".

THIS IS AN APPRECIATION & THANKSGIVING POST!

ONE THING I FOUND, GOD WILL NEVER LET ME DOWN!

Since beginning of January 2023 up to yesterday (4th March, 2023), it has been quite a rolloercoster that has pushed to various boundaries. I have had ups & down most especially with my health, emotional state of mind and psychological wellbeing.

As for my health, I give GOD all the praise!!! 🙏🙇. In this short time, I have treatment a bacterial lung infection (Pneumonia) 3 times between both lungs. It kept reoccuring. The last treatment was last week and I had to be hospitalized. I think I took between 10 - 12 bags of fluids (antibiotics & other stuff), had to treat malaria ++ as well. One day after a shower at the hospital, I got out the shower & was struggling to breathe. The nurse had to rush the doctor and give me an injection (I no know the name). In the split moment, I realized how valuable it is to easily take in air and let it out. An involuntary action we take for granted. Imagine feeling pain with each time you're breathing?

There's so much more to say! I just want to restrict this post to my health rollercoaster. I'm currently recovering. Now on antibiotics tabs and anti-malaria tabs.

In between, I even got calls & unexpected visits from people that surprisingly just had a nudge that something was wrong. I sincerely appreciate it!

I need to take a moment to say thanks to my stronghold, support, annoying person, ear-puller & guide @asparai_gardenng for being there in everything. Another person, I will just tag.

Deconstructed Cheesecake with Strawberry Sauce & Mint.

Who's favorite part of the meal is dessert? The sweet finish to an amazing 4 course meal dinner. Private dinners have been amazing lately & I am always super grateful to share my passion & excited whenever the empty plates come back to the kitchen cleared out. Nothing makes my heart more euphoric than that sight.
