Yesterday was an amazing day! I hosted my very first Brunch Social in partnership with @pointegrand_augusta.

On the menu guests enjoyed fried chicken wings, maple breakfast sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, deviled eggs, grits and waffles! Paired with refreshing fruit and mimosas.

In order to pull this off, I received a tremendous amount of love, support and donations from friends and family, near and far! To that I say thanks! You saw my vision and you believed your intuition. I am grateful to have the love and support coming from everyone. Guests who arrived ready to eat wasted no time helping me set up and jumping right into good vibes and in return, good food!

This was my very first service as @chefthre3 and I’ll have many more to come, placing God first and giving thanks!!

With tweaks to make along the way, I still received positive reinforcement from the guests and that, of course, made the food taste even better because I poured the same love you gave me right into the meal I prepared for you!

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! From my kitchen, to your table!

Today, I graduated 🥳🎉👨🏾‍🎓✨ But Monday, I’ll be back in class 😌📚‼️

Firstly, I’d like to thank God! Thank you God for growth, guidance, knowledge, wisdom and the willpower to achieve the unconquerable! I’d like to thank my Mom (my rock, and my heartbeat) for being in my corner at every turn of life.

Wishing that my Dad was here to witness his son—I, Willie Lee Scott III, lead charge in fostering our legacy! The legacy that’ll one day reach seas all over the world near and far rooted deep from within the heart of Miami, Florida! I know I’ve made you smile and I’ll continue to make you proud!

Thank you to everyone who’ve supported me and continues to show their support throughout my journey— family, friends, classmates, battle buddies and most importantly thank you to me! 😌

After 8 years of dedicated service to this nation as a healthcare professional, I now continue my service with pride, dignity and honor as a professionally accredited Chef and member of the American Culinary Federation. My goal is to serve you quality meals that’ll not only fill your stomach but warm your heart, comfort your soul and nourish your body!
