Charlotte, we’re just getting started!! 🔥

So awesome seeing Guard and Grace Charlotte get some love from @charlotteobserver!

Bringing Guard and Grace to the Queen City has been one heck of a ride, and I couldn’t be more pumped to finally have our doors open in South End. Incredible food, killer views and an amazing team bringing it all together!

What a night!! 🤙🔥

Still fired up after our Mexican Chef Summit at Guard and Grace Houston. Getting Rick Bayless, Hugo Ortega and Richard Sandoval together in one kitchen was pretty special.

Amazing food, an incredible sold-out crowd and a whole lot of fun doing what we love. Huge mahalo to everyone who came out, our chefs and teams who crushed it, and everyone who helped make this night happen.

What a weekend! Made the 6 hour drive to New Orleans over the weekend to go fishing! We hit a killer area where the Mississippi runs into the Gulf of Mexico - Jagger caught a huge bull red fish ! A sheepshead and 2 large sting ray and some shrimp !! They we headed for over to chef Ryan’s @pechenola along with co captain DQ from @jaxfishhouse and THE captain jeff @galacticempireofficial who hook it all up for us! And ran into @chefdarthfader and @petemarczyk - such a crazy small world!! by @cheftroyguard
