The past week has been one of the best weeks Ive ever had in my entire career of cheffing.
The opportunity to come down and cater for this exclusive event hosted by the awesome @samhodgs0n and @veroniquesandler for their edition of the @backyardbattle_mtb . Such an awesome group of people to be around and vibes that were unmatched. 🧚🧌🧙🏼‍♂️🍄

This has been such a marker point in my life from sitting at home and being in awe of watching this sport on YouTube to having the chance of not only being there in person but to be actually cooking for these athletes is insane, these are the moments I live for 🔥🤘🏼

A big thank you to @bias199 and @cellabella90 for getting me in with this event and making it happen! Big love to you both🤘🏼💚

I’d also like to thank my boys @synpal_yung_mane and @whois.norm for the awesome work and graft they’ve put in to help me with this event! Serious chefs, I couldn’t have done it without youse! 👨‍🍳💚🔥

From hearing that these riders were being provided with shit food at other events such as cheese and potatoes, I knew I couldn’t let that happen! 🤣
Breakfast lunch and dinner was provided for these guys with flavours all round and helping to fuel their days ahead whilst flying through the air 🐦‍🔥🔥

Biggups to @chevertonfarmbutchers for providing such amazing quality meat, the prime ribs were insane 🔥🥩

What an experience, till next time 🤘🏼

First live Demo done! Was a pleasure to demonstrate on stage for the @eastangliangamefair showcasing @louisas_honey acacia honey for my soufflé!
A risky game to produce a soufflé in an outdoor tent and oven that I’ve not used before but we managed! 😂🤘🏼

A throwback to last summer at the Louisa’s Honey HQ 🍯giving butchery demonstrations to a great group of chefs who have made their debut on Masterchef! The pressure was on having the legend himself Gennaro observing the class too! 😅 can’t wait to see these guys again throughout the year and wishing them all the best!

A pleasure to be invited and apart of the Ride event Hosted by @robellious_design at the @poggenpohl_uk kitchen studio in St. Albans. 🚴🏼‍♂️

What a fun event this was especially being my first time on a group ride…and suiting up in the ol’ Lycra 🤣🦆
Unfortunately I made this more difficult for myself by partaking on a mountain bike which wasn’t the smartest choice but we will be back next time with a gravel setup 😂

A pleasure to meet you all and especially thankful for the amazing food prepared by @cheftarrant for the riders, crazy flavours chef! 🔥

Late night Venison butchery 🦌🥩

Shot last week Monday, this lovely beast has been hanging in our walk in. Humidity control set to 45% to help dry age.

Plenty of Pave steaks, some dice and slow cooking; may even get some on the Traeger and try new recipe ideas! 🔥 taken in Chelmsford, Essex by @chefz.97
