- @gracefoodsca spicy chicken Vienna sausages
- thick cut bacon
- sunny eggs fried on top sautéed callaloo
- cinnamon French toast waffle by @chefzlee

This has been in the works for a while.

I’m happy to say that I’m officially taking meal prep orders.

As a cook, I’ve always believed that food should be something you look forward to eating, not something you force yourself to eat because it’s “healthy.”

Quality ingredients, balanced meals made with passion, care, and attention to detail, real flavour, and options tailored to your goals.

Whether you’re looking to save time, hit your protein goals, or simply enjoy good food throughout the week, I’d love to help.

If you’re interested in meal prep, send me a message and let’s talk

Decided to step out my comfort zone and take on a new opportunity, at first I was anxious and scared and questioning whether I was good enough to pull it off but the end result was fantastic, the food was delectable , & the vibe was immaculate.
I’m Very grateful for Jayden and Ungbeen trusting me to help bring their vision to life I’m glad you all enjoyed everything🙏🏽
