It’s been a long time coming…let me share some deliciousness with you.
Slide 1: Mamanoko (Sf, Ca) absolutely the best sushi I’ve had in the city; you have to order the Hotsui roll.
Slide 2: Pho 2000 (Sf, Ca) pho on a rainy day with friends. Cured me after a long run.
Slide 3: Q Specialty Coffee (Sf, Ca) the cream on top of this matcha was incredible; a long line but worth the experience
Slide 4: a dinner by chef (Sf, Ca) love a home cooked meal with good company❤️
Slide 5: Super secret ice cream 🤫 (Bethlehem, NH) This ice cream flight I got with Ma was the perfect end to a perfect night. The maple flavor carried but it was so fun to combine flavors and I loved how this was served👩‍🍳💋
Slide 6: Roma Antica (Sf, Ca) Zoe’s bday dinner. Sometimes Italian is just what you need when u turn 23
Slide 7: Common root (Rye, NH) honestly, mid. But good vibes at chases beach house. Way too much bagel and cream cheese for the ratio of smoked salmon.
Slide 8: campfire (Felton, CA) ok I’m so proud of this marshmallow I roasted; this is my best roasting work and it melted perfectly into a s’more.
Slide 9: café maud (East Village, NYC, NY) after a night out I just needed a mimosa and this bomb avo toast with a poached egg. Slappppeeddd
Slide 10: Flywheel coffee roasters (Sf, Ca) my favorite coffee in the city. Spectacular.
Slide 10: Grace’s house (Twain hearte, Ca) sandwiches for skiing. Peanut butter (no jelly)
Slide 11: La Mar (sf, ca) this purple octopus dish was a flavor bomb
Slide 12: my backyard (sf, ca) brekky in the backyard with Cal. Sweet
Slide 13: unknown (Brekenridge, Ca) some fire Thai. I forgot the name but we were so cold and starved this really did its thing

Some more honorable eats!! 🙏🧎‍♀️‍➡️

1. Don’t sleep on Oakland Chinatown.
I’m not totally sure how generous they were with the MSG, but whatever happened in that kitchen rocked my world in the best way possible.

2. Dragon Beaux in the Richmond
These colorful dumplings looked like gushers. Almost too pretty to eat. Almost.

3. Homemade apple crisps
5/5 stars from my guests, obviously. Some classics don’t need reinvention.

4. Thanksgiving plate
I loved seeing everyone’s plates this year. Is there anything better than a holiday centered around home-cooked food, cozy vibes, and a nice glass of red? Didn’t think so.

5. Fish taco in Santa Cruz
Simple, perfect, no notes. Washed down with a crisp Trilogy. exactly as it should be.

6. Post-hike breakfast croissant in Boulder
I love savory croissant sandwiches with my entire heart. After a hike? Transcendent.

7/8. Denver pasta moment
Some of the most incredible pasta I’ve had, paired with a caprese martini (shockingly good, very unique). Denver, you surprised me.

9/10. Sushi in Denver
I usually follow the rule that you don’t order sushi unless you’re near the ocean… but these rolls fully changed my opinion. Spectacular, thoughtful, and those little oranges served so sweetly I almost didn’t want to eat them. Almost. by @chefzosia

EATS RECAP….excuse my absence but here’s some highlights of absolute scrumptious bites as of late😚🔥

BY SLIDE we haveee…
1: big ole crab from Crustacean (SF Fidi)
2. Ricotta peach and Prosciutto toast with balsamic glaze at Terzo (marina SF)
3. Taco assortment - special shoutout to the portobello taco - from tacolicious (marina SF)
4. dumpling union pork and shrimp sichuan dumplings and scallion pancake (union street SF)
5. Mussels and shrimp from stinking rose (my parents had their first date here so sweet. (North beach SF)
6. Salmon from wayfare tavern. Great work lunch spot (sf fidi)
7. Salmon Tartine from tartine (inner sunset sf)
8. Gnocchi. Literally changed my life so pillowy and perfect (terzo again SF)
9. Aperols !! And a beer lol. Palm house - (union st SF)
10. Perrys lunch!!! Fleet week vibes. Breakfast foods reign. (union st sf)
11. Cold brew pumpkin cold foam. (Starbs Lol)
12. Lobster roll from quail and crane ! (Restaurant in Hyatt at the SFO)
13. Mara’s bakery - best sweets and just so fun to look around and try a bunch of things (north beach)
14. My Negroni w seaweed in it. Very cool. (Andddd end it full circle at crustacean SF!) taken in San Francisco, California by @chefzosia

You know what. Sometimes a rainy monday inspires chef to get crafty! Tonight we have a homemade butternut gnocchi sautéed with some mushrooms tomato’s and spinach I got at this sundays farmers market. This was fun and delish. Parm always. Xxoo by @chefzosia

I love olives so much. Cal was not on board with ordering them and called me a witch but more for me😊😝😚.
First slide: fiorella on polk st @calvin_koby
Second: dumpling union (bao buns)
Third: Alaskan halibut salad. So fresh.
Fourth: the most flakey and buttery ham and cheese croissant from Lekker cafe (palmer AK) had to stop twice for this baddie
5th: salad from woodlands for my weekly Wednesday lunch in salesforce park w @gracewasson_ . Live music bonus:))
6th: woodlands always has fruit samples. Living for strawberry season
7th: a cup of instant coffee on my morning walk waiting for @sophie_cassily to wake up.
8th: lunch break
9th: Flores on union. These tacos slaaappppeddddd

Monday breakfast in bed. Sour dough with avacado smoked salmon and a messyyyyy egg on top. The yolk was uncontrollable. Feta and crunchy chili oil from Trader Joe’s (first time trying) really added to this. Paired with espresso = best start to this week. Also kinda risky I ate this in bed but #livelifeontheedge by @chefzosia

Vancouver and Squamish memorable bites🇨🇦🇨🇦🍁🍁😚😚
First slide: crabapple cafe (Squamish). Smoked salmon avacado toast. God I love breakfast.
Second: this bakery in the Vancouver airport. Best ham and cheese croissant I’ve had in a while.
Third: wedding dinner. This bread will live in my sweetest dreams.
Fourth: mushroom toast in Vancouver (tap and barrel is the restaurant name. Super cute rooftop vibe:)) taken in Squamish, British Columbia by @chefzosia

I did not get a good picture of this dim sum. Dumpling union. So good. Soup dumplings were delish. Recommend scallion pancake and the shrimp and pork spicey dumplings😛😛 taken in Union Street by @chefzosia

Martingale Warf for a brother sister dinner was a great choice. The tuna tartare is actually one of my favorites from any restaurant in the seacoast area. I swear they just pulled this fish in or something, so incredibly fresh. You can also order sushi from Surf (sushi restaurant next door) which is such a bonus 😊😛 by @chefzosia
