what injury? 😅 who can relate?

It’s so hard to take time off from your sport, and humor aside, it’s very important to listen to your body and take care of it. We only get one body, need to make sure it holds up to keep doing epic stuff.

I took a month off earlier this season, and it was brutal. But I worked on my PT to come back stronger. And even now that I’m back, I’m noticing I need to give myself time inbetween sessions. I can kite a few days in a row, but then I need to let my body take a break from the water.

It’s hard, but I’m so ready to be back to 100% soon.

2 months off the water feels like forever!! Making lots of progress in PT and feeling stronger than ever, but still pushing through the daily pain. Hopefully have some answers soon and back on the water for Baja season🤞

take the risk. it’s worth it 🙌

A few years ago, I booked a one-way flight to Greece and walked away from the corporate path I thought I was supposed to follow.

That decision led me to solo travel, where I found kitesurfing, and it completely changed the direction of my life.

Because of one leap, I’ve experienced places I never imagined, built friendships around the world, discovered a passion that pushes me every day, and found opportunities and career paths I never could have planned.

It wasn’t always easy, and there were plenty of moments where I had no idea what came next. But looking back, taking the risk was the best decision I ever made.

Worst case? You come home and get a job like everyone else.

Best case? You rewrite your entire reality ✨
