“It’s all happening!”✌🏼
Happy 20 years to one of my favorite films- Almost Famous. This photo was taken by my mom when we went to San Francisco a few years ago for Outside Lands. I was wearing my Penny Lane coat, as it can get cold in SF in the summer😊The museum at Golden Gate Park was having the “Summer of Love” exhibit. We saw The Who later that night. So grateful to experience SF with my mom. One of my favorite places. Such beautiful memories in California. It’s heartbreaking to see what it looks like today with the apocalyptic orange sky. Sending rain & love to the west coast. The place that feels like home to me 💙

For long you live and high you fly
And smiles you'll give and tears you'll cry
And all you touch and all you see
Is all your life will ever be

Blue hydrangea, cold cash divine
Cashmere, cologne and white sunshine
Red racing cars, sunset and vine
The kids were young and pretty
Where have you been?
Where did you go?
Those summer nights seem long ago
And so is the girl you used to call

For a silent hour, for a golden mile
For a silent hour, for a golden mile
There is bliss in this mess
There is madness all around
For a silent hour, for a golden mile
