The theme for this year has been “create my own joy.” Life has been lifing, but the moments in between, where God winks, lets me know I’m going to be okay. This year has been one of the toughest; so much loss! But I’m still here, so I will find joy where I can and when I can. by @chelseabri

My caption wouldn’t fit so please read my “Steph” highlight.
If you knew Steph, would you please comment your favorite memory you have with her. It could be anything. At her celebration of life, her family asked for memories to be shared. I know her loved ones that follow me would appreciate reading them.
Steph, I love and I miss you always! 😢🤍 by @chelseabri

What a year… thank you God!
Going into 2024 God spoke to me a few times and kept calling me to trust Him, get anchored in His word, and he said “I’m doing a new thing.”
I’m trusting, I anchored myself in His word, and He’s doing a new thing! However, what’s not pictured is trusting Him even when I thought I couldn’t pay my bills, when I could barely leave the house, and when things didn’t make sense. 2024 was rough but God was there through it all, I am Blessed!

Recap:
1. I joined a cohort led by @tianamspencer and I was stretched and transformed! I’m not the same person and I still have work to do but I’m excited to continue to live life intentionally!
2. I took a leap of faith and started my own event planning company @saltandlighteventmgmt Thank you to my first couple @hannahbelk @brandonbelkyee for trusting me I’m forever grateful!
3. Despite not always knowing where my next check was going to come from, by the grace of God, I was still able to go on some solo dates. I really enjoy and look forward to my me time
4. I hiked A LOT and spent time with God and friends along the way. Also I lost 22lbs thanks to @thatfitpastor!
5. I stepped out of my comfort zone and started posting on TikTok
6. Watched one of my best friends get married @mrs_burnett06 and me @mayaharp @milanharp took our first girls trip to South Carolina!
7. Got the amazing opportunity to work as an Event Assistant for my favorite wedding and event company #aboutdetailsdetails @detailsjeannie
8. Went to the beach several times, which is rare for me, but it was so healing
9. Celebrated one of my closest friends @alexischanyl and had lots of deep convos and boujee experiences lol
10. Reconnected with my friend @stephventii and got to work with her and support her event planning business @milanaventi_ (you are such a blessing!)
11. Found out my high school bestie @sherryamin_ is having a baby and I can’t wait to meet her! 💕
12. Helped my good friend @therachceballos do some really awesome work and I can’t wait for more coffee runs and late nights with you, @_aimeespriggs_ and @elizabethjshafer
13. Family!!! My cousin got married and I spent a lot of time with family! Love yall! by @chelseabri
