Happy National Sons Day to my sweet boy 💙

How lucky am I that I get to celebrate both a daughter and a son.

Maxwell, you completed our family in every way, and I truly can’t imagine our lives without you. You couldn’t be more perfect.

Your crazy little personality lights up every room, and you have this way of making even the most ordinary days so much more fun. To know you is to love you.

I wish I could freeze time right here. One day you won’t need your mama quite the way you do now and my heart hurts even thinking about when that time will come. I already know I’ll miss these days more than I can put into words.

So for now, I’ll soak up every cuddle, every “mama,” every messy kiss and every little piece of you.

Happy National Daughter Day to my girl. 🤍

There are so many moments with you that make me stop and think, I wish I could bottle this up and keep it forever.

Because I know what it feels like to grow up and realize how quickly the little years disappear. And maybe that’s why I hold onto these moments with you a little tighter.

I want to give you the kind of childhood where you always know you are loved. Where you never question if you matter. Where home feels safe, your memories feel warm, and you always know you have a mama who would move mountains for you.

Sometimes I look at you and see the little girl you are, and sometimes I see the woman you’ll become. And somewhere in between those two things is where my heart completely breaks.

Because I know I can’t stop you from growing.

I can’t keep you little forever. I can’t protect you from every heartbreak. And one day, you won’t need me in all the little ways you do now.

But I can love you through every version of yourself.

And if I could give you one thing for the rest of your life, it would be the absolute certainty that you were, are, and always will be so deeply loved.

You made me a mama, my girl. And getting to be yours is one of the greatest gifts of my life.

Got our family photos back and I’m genuinely emotional. It was so hard to pick just a few to share🥹🤍

How did we get so lucky to have these little people, this life, and somehow freeze a little piece of it in time?

I’ll never get over how quickly they’re growing, but I’m so grateful we get to capture these seasons along the way. These are the photos I know I’ll look back on years from now and wish I could step right back into. 🤍

A week in Narragansett with our best friends, family, and all of our favorite little people. 🤍🌊

There’s something so special about watching the friendships we’ve had for years turn into our kids growing up together. What used to be just us getting together now looks like a house full of kids, late nights, beach days, way too much food, and memories we know we’ll talk about for years.

I hope these become the traditions our kids look forward to every year — the kind of memories they don’t realize are being made until they’re older.

As moms, we’re usually the ones behind the camera, capturing every milestone, every smile, and every little moment. Somehow, we end up with thousands of photos of our kids but hardly any with them.

I’m so grateful to the generous photographer who took this photo of me and my babies at a local moms’ event. This isn’t just another picture to me—it’s a memory we’ll always have. 📸

So here’s your reminder: go to the event, hand someone your phone, book the photos, get in the picture. Your kids won’t care if your hair wasn’t perfect or you weren’t feeling your best. One day, they’ll just be grateful they have photos with their mom in them. ❤️
