I am not one to make resolutions, because normally they are never realistic.

this year? this year is for me.
it's changing the toxic thoughts and emotions into healthy ones.
it's taking the negative reactions and turning them into positive ones.
it's not spiraling into a "what if" black hole and sticking with reality.
it's knowing the truth of things but believing every lie that your mind creates and breaking that cycle.

realizing how many trauma responses I have is something I didn't realize. being in toxic relationships, and then being in healthy ones, shows you how wrong so many things were. alot of which isn't talked about or shown.

but here's to happiness and letting go of the past and focusing on bettering yourself ! 😊 by @chelseanv
