hi. This is vulnerable and I’m scared but here we are ~ it’s been a very long time since I’ve show up here.. it feels so weird. It’s gonna be raw, emotional and wild, who would expect anything less.
The beautiful, Lexi, and the other dancers, created an amazing space. She’s been wanting me to come to class for so long. I’m glad I finally did, it unlocked so much that has been trapped and locked away. I highly recommend the class, more details @polegoddessinprogress 🤍
My talented friend, @wealthy.angel.josue captured many photos in the last session we had together. We have so much fun, he’s such a good friend! more to share and collab on 🤍
I’ve been challenged with change and I’m learning to move it, love it and accept.

I recently found out the man I was with had been cheating on me. It cracked something open inside me that I hadn’t touched since I was 15, the same age I was when I was first betrayed. I realized I had been carrying so much anger from that moment, numbing myself and veiling my heart behind a thick cloud of smoke. I thought I had moved forward and forgiven… but I witnessed that I had held onto it all along.

These past two weeks, I’ve chosen to face it: grounding through breathwork, moving my body, holding my teenage self, and opening my heart wider than ever before.
I have been fortunate enough to join a program that has helped me hold accountability and really look at the areas I’ve been avoidant. In doing so, I’ve begun to see how and why these patterns repeated, and I’m finally finding a path toward clarity.

Now, my heart feels more open, my mind clearer, and I’m free from the substance that kept me numb for so long. Devoting my life to Christ has lifted the veil. If you’re searching for a way out, let this be your reflection, clarity is possible, and it unfolds when you open your heart to truth.

Addiction is a void that only God can fill.

how we move from lovers to strangers. one moment we’re intertwined, the next we’re unraveling.
the sacred shift in every season of us: before the breaking, within the in-between, and after the becoming.
the versions of me: soft, shattered, healing.
i’ve been different versions of me in different times.
rage to be felt. forgiveness chosen. peace asking for trust. hope refusing to leave.
nothing is wasted… everything transforms.
i will continue to let God prune me.

do you feel it, or run from it? 
have you learned to listen instead of fight it?

to trust instead of control? 
do you choose to numb, distract, or dive into the water?

the best thing i can offer is to sit in the discomfort. sit with the pain, at God’s feet. and keep trusting Him. by @chelseyleaa
