Our bedroom is finally finished and I couldn’t be happier with how it’s all come together. Warm neutrals, cosy layers and that timeless, Nancy Meyers-inspired feel I’ve always loved. 🕯️🤍

And the fact the bed is called Chelsea? It was always going to be the one, wasn’t it! 🫶🏼😂

AD / After having a little health scare last year, I wanted to take some time to look a little deeper into my own health and get some reassurance.

So I booked an @ezrainc scan and took you along with me for the experience.

The scan itself took around 45 minutes and, when my results came back, I was really interested to see what they had picked up. There were a few things I wasn’t aware of, including a finding around my previous C-section scar, which I’ll be discussing with my GP.

I really liked that the results didn’t just give me medical terminology — they explained the findings in a way that was easy to understand. I also had a follow-up call with an Ezra doctor, which meant I could talk through my results and ask any questions I had.

For me, it wasn’t about expecting everything to be completely clear. It was about knowing more about my own health and having that information to take forward — and honestly, that’s given me a lot of reassurance. 🤍

Ad Benidorm with kids? Absolutely YES! 🇪🇸☀️

Before this trip, I think I had a very different idea of what Benidorm was like… but our stay in the Old Town completely changed my mind.

From beautiful beaches and amazing food in Tapas Alley, to stunning rooftop sunsets, spa time, sound awakening, gorgeous pools and those incredible sea views — there really was something for all of us. ❤️

And the best part? The kids had the best time AND we still got plenty of time to relax, enjoy a sangria 🍷 and have some lovely moments together.

A little life update from us lately… 🏡☀️✨

We’ve had quite a whirlwind few weeks!

Mark’s mum’s house has officially been sold after just 11 days on the market and is now going through with the solicitors 🤞🏼🏡

We then took some time out as a family and enjoyed the most gorgeous holiday in Benidorm Old Town — sunshine, good food and the best memories together ☀️❤️

And now we’re back home… suitcases everywhere and straight back to reality 😂

But behind the scenes, there’s something really exciting happening…

We’ve got BIG plans for our own home and I can’t wait to start sharing the journey with you all 🏡✨

So many changes ahead and I’m so excited for this next chapter ❤️

New doors are in 🤍
Obsessed with how much better it looks already. Such a simple change but it’s made the whole space feel so much more finished.

We went with Door to Floors — really great value, I actually found them after seeing they’re working with London Fashion Week, which I thought was pretty cool.

A home that’s been part of Mark’s family for his whole life. 🤍

We’re getting Mark’s mum’s house ready to sell, and going through every room has brought back so many memories for all of us. It’s emotional, but it’s also made us realise just how much potential this house has.

For years, I never truly smiled with confidence.

I became so used to hiding my teeth that it was second nature to smile with my lips closed, cover my mouth when I laughed, or avoid certain photos altogether. Growing up, I was teased about my teeth, and although people probably forgot those comments, I carried them with me for years.

After months of Invisalign and finally completing my smile with composite bonding, I can honestly say this has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself.

This isn’t about having “perfect” teeth. It’s about finally feeling comfortable enough to smile without overthinking it.

Looking back at these photos makes me realise just how much my confidence has changed, and for the first time in a long time, I actually love my smile.

If you’ve ever been putting something off because you don’t think you’re “worth it,” this is your reminder that investing in yourself isn’t selfish. Sometimes it’s the one thing that helps you feel like you again. 🤍Big thank you to @tom_the_dentist for been the absolute best I can’t thank you enough.
