I want to apologise to all of my clients…

Over the last few months, I’ve been completely committed to my bodybuilding prep & as rewarding as it’s been, the reality is that it took a lot more out of me than I expected
My focus has been on getting through each day, and because of that, I haven’t been the coach or motivator that you deserve

Thats on me, and I appreciate everyone who’s stuck by me during this time!🥹

Prep is now at an end and I’m completely ready to shift my full focus back where it belongs… helping my clients achieve their goals, growing my PT business, and welcoming new clients who are ready to put the work in

Thank you for your patience and support. I’m excited for what’s next, and I can’t wait to give you 100% again!
Let’s get to work🫶🏼🩷🩷

✨ VIKKI ✨

She just gets better and better 👏🏼👏🏼

The dedication this woman has to achieving her goals is honestly amazing! 🩷

I’ve attached the first time Vikki tracked her food to see what she was actually eating… 28g of protein 😳 I thought she was being dramatic when she told me 🥴😂

But the last image is what she’s eating now… safe to say, we’ve improved! 😍👏🏼

She does everything I tell her to… there might be a bit of moaning along the way 😂 but she gets it DONE!

The steps are hit no matter what time it is
The cardio gets done
The food is on point
She turns up even when she doesn’t feel like it

She encourages all the other girls every session and in the group chat, and she’s even turned into my little content queen 📸😂

You bring SO much energy to the group and I’m so happy to be on this journey with you. I absolutely love watching you grow… or shrink, shall we say 🤣👏🏼

Thank you for trusting me and for putting in the work every single day. You should be so proud of yourself! 🩷

✨CARLY✨

She’s only gone and done it again! That’s 8 week down 4kg & 21cm total loss for Carly, she even had to sew her top for this picture because it’s now too big 🤣👏🏼

A little more cut before we increase the calories and get building some muscle 💪🏼

The message I received last week was “I will finally feel comfortable in a bikini this holiday” 🥹 this means so much more to me than any transformation, getting girls feeling comfortable in their own skin 🩷

✨ELENIA✨

3kg & 18cm in total between the first & last picture 😍🔥🔥🔥🔥
Elenia has absolutely smashed it even though this time round we end up with an injury from netball 🥺 but somehow no matter what she still shows up and gives it her all, I always trust you to come in and work harder than you did the week before and you don’t need my eagle eyes on you all the time, even though you do tell me to go away soon as I come over 🙄🤣

Your so quick to put your self down and pull your self apart but after seeing this I hope this makes you realise that everything I ask you to do is for a purpose and it’s clearly showing 🩷

Now we go again for another 4 week 💃🏼

Over and out for my ladies, once again they absolutely smashed it!! 🔥
I love the little community getting built they encourage and supports each other every single day, they turn up they put 110% and I couldn’t ask for a better group of girls

Last one for 2 of the girlies until they join again in another 4 week, but for the rest we carry on another 4 week closer to our goals 🔥👏🏼

Proud coach over here describe the grey hairs they give me some sessions🙄🩷

✨OUR MEG✨

Between the excuses, the attitude, the questionable effort some sessions and generally taking the piss… somehow we’ve actually made some HUGE progress..😏

But honestly, jokes aside, I couldn’t be prouder of you, you’ve come so far, and seeing the difference in your strength, fitness and confidence has been amazing, you said you was going to lock in and you did 🩷

And now tomorrow you’re taking on Tough Mudder!! 🏃🏼‍♀️You should be so proud of yourself for how far you’ve come!! Go smash it you’ve absolutely got this 💃🏼👏🏼

Proud coach moment 🥹👏🏼

🌟VIKKI🌟

Just wow .. 6kg down in total!!
Vikki was on one of the Bootcamps, had a few month break and now she’s back…
But because she learnt the habits, learnt how to make better choices, stayed consistent and looked after her self she was able to maintain even when she wasn’t activity on the Bootcamp.. now she’s back and the results have continued!! 😍🔥👏🏼

A break doesn’t mean failure.. or starting again from zero ! It’s about having the knowledge and habits to keep moving forwards👏🏼
Proud of you 🩷🩷

🌟MELISSSSSA🌟

3kg down & a total of 12cm loss 🔥

This is honestly proof that even the biggest complainers can still make progress🥴🤣 the results made in just 4 weeks is insane, imagine what we can do in another 10 weeks before you leave us for your travels 👀 🦘🐨

Proud of you we are only just getting started 🔥

🌟CARLYYYYY🌟

When Carly first came to me, she told me she felt “tubby” and didn’t want to have to breathe in just to feel good in herself,
fast forward to now… and WOW🔥

Not only has Carly made an amazing physical transformation, but she’s brought SO much personality and energy to every session, she’s been working hard on what she calls her “Pepperami arms” 😂
And then there’s the little things that make training with Carly what it is… asking if you put the hip thrust machine as “push ups” because you push it up 😭
Shes absolutely smashed this, the consistency, effort and attitude has been amazing and the best part is seeing how much more confident and comfortable you are feeling in yourself
Proud of you, Carly🩷
Now… let’s see if we can get those Pepperami arms upgraded to full salamis😂💪🏼
