What an incredible experience at my first Paralympic Games. Every moment, from the opening ceremony to the closing, was amazing. Competing with Team USA and connecting with athletes from around the world was a dream come true. I felt the support and encouragement from everyone back home 🤟. Now it’s time to look ahead and gear up for LA 2028—excited for what’s next and ready to keep pushing forward! Thanks to everyone for being part of this journey. I am truly blessed to have a community like y’all. ♥️

June–July 4th update

- Last NCAA championship of my college career.🥉🥲

- First win at #Cedartown5K and got my first homemade bowl from artist Sheri Grove. I always look forward to this camp and race, the hospitality and people really make it feel like family. 🥣

- 5th year of racing #peachtree 10k.🍑

- Spent a week training at the Chula Vista Olympic & Paralympic Training Center and wrapped it up with a meet.

Thank you to all the volunteers, coaches, and UofA for making this summer so busy and meaningful.

Next up: USATF outdoor championship in NYC

Switzerland dump 🇨🇭🐮

Hit my two seasonal bests at the Switzerland Grand Prix two weeks ago and got my B standard for the year! I have a busy June schedule coming up, and before I know, it it’ll be nationals in July!

UofA, you have been a great home away from home. I never imagined I would be going out of state, but it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thank you for giving me a place to learn, grow, have fun, meet new people, and find my closest friends.

Thank you, Mom and Dad, for adopting me and giving me a chance at a new life. You truly saved me. Thank you for moving me in and out at least eight different times, for the constant airport runs and late-night pickups, for the emotional support, and for always being a shoulder to lean on when things were tough.

Thank you to my entire family, who not only drove 15+ hours to celebrate graduation with me, but who have been my biggest cheerleaders and supporters from the very beginning. I love yall♥️

Thank you to the Wnek family for taking me in as their own from the start and always inviting me into your warm home as if I were your own daughter.

Thank you @azadaptive for giving me a place where I could pursue my education while also traveling the world doing what I love. Thank you, Coach Ali, for helping me grow as an athlete and for being a coach who is always willing to learn and better your athletes.

Thank you, Mr. Kirk and Coach Harper, for connecting me to Texas Regional Para Sports, where I got started in wheelchair racing and gained the resources to excel as a beginner athlete.

Thank you, Texas Regional Para Sports, for providing me with a racing chair for the first three years of my career and for continuing to support your Texas athletes.

Thank you to Athletes in Action (Elliot and Aaron) for taking me under your wings and giving me a place to grow spiritually, and for being the first to expand your ministry on campus to adaptive athletes.

And thank you to Mochi, my dorm kitty, for making me feel at home when I was feeling lonely or homesick. You deserve a diploma too!

Thank you to everyone who has helped me become the person I am today. I’m sad this chapter is closing, but I’m excited to see what God has in store for the future.

I’m incredibly blessed to be graduating in two days. I never imagined, in a million years, that I would even be living in the U.S. with my own family, much less graduating college. My ten-year-old self had no idea what kind of plans God had for her and how blessed she would be.

Another successful #bostonmarathon in the books! Goal: beat last year’s 2:06 and go sub 2. Finished in 1:54!! Grateful and blessed to travel the world doing what I love. Huge congrats to everyone who ran on this tough course and shoutout to the amazing volunteers for making this amazing race possible!

Athletes in Action Italy 2026 was so much more than I ever imagined. Being surrounded by people who love serving Jesus filled my heart in the best ways 🤍
Raising awareness for adaptive sports through love was incredible to witness and brought all of us together in such a special way. I’m so thankful to share my story and reflect on how faithful God has been in my life from the very beginning. I truly can’t pick a favorite moment. This entire trip was unforgettable and exactly the reset I needed. Thank you @azathletesinaction for this amazing opportunity.
