10 DAY POST SHAVE 🪒

Im absolutely pants at content, I cant lie, but Im really gonna try keep u guys more updated on my growth journey.

So since the big chop, I noticed my hair growth pattern which I never actually thought I'd care to know, but it was quite interesting realising my hair had been growing in this pattern my entire life of 36 years and never known. I learned a new fact about myself lol.

I actually have 2 patterns combined. A widows peak (dracula hairline😂) and a 'cows lick" which is named, because the small, stubborn tuft of hair at the front, refuses to lay flat and looks as though it has been licked upward by a cow 😂
You can usually see this detail on European or Asian hair, but afro hair just sticks up always so we dont usually see the difference 😅

For me this was just interesting to find out. I quite like it lol, and it explains why when i had a right side parting, it never laid flat.

Some other hair growth patterns include:
°Hair Whorl
°Nape Whorl
°Crown
°Double Crown
°Widows peak

Have you ever seen your growth pattern? If you know, care to share x by @chen___again
