I guess dry fire is going well if I’m starting to bleed 🤷‍♂️ 🩸 . . . #dryfire #bleed #practise #uspsa #cheelycustomgunworks by @chen_rts
My season has come to a close and now time to focus more on dry fire. I hate to admit it but I used to never dry fire, like none at all basically only picked my gun up to make sure the dot has power and up until I saw @mattj_shoots maybe 2-3 months ago is when I really started. I really regret not doing it sooner and being more dedicated. So I am going to be using this platform to post more and hold myself accountable. Hopefully I can be as cool as @mattj_shoots while dry firing 🤣 Just working on some unloaded starts and gun up target availability. If you have any tips please comment or DM me happy and open to all advice 🙏 . . . . #dryfire #practice #daily #uspsa by @chen_rts

Man what a fantastic match to end the season! Thank you @oaklandcounty_sportsmensclub for hosting yet another great match! I have met a ton of really cool people this year alone thank to each and every person I have met playing this game, sport whatever you want to call it is awesome! Also I made Master Class with this match! Thank you @gatewaydefense @look_an_asian for some serious level ups in training 🎯 Here’s to the next match! 🍻 @jeff_shoots_ps @rts_jake @njoung90 @mccriteoutdoors @twofreeog @njoung90 @brandon_is_nguyening @nikkibquick @pew.sauce @staffordjon @miles_and_mikes @kyle.d @caleb.uspsa @tacoscheap @heavymetallifestyle223 . . . . . . #uspsa #competition #shooting #team pistol by @chen_rts
A little over a year ago I took my first @gatewaydefense performance pistol class @blackcreekrange where I attempted the Gateway Defense pistol standards and failed miserably. I took what I learned from that class and it became the bedrock to my training. Cut to October 2026 and a friend and I booked a private lesson with @look_an_asian and I had a chance to run the pistol standards again. I am proud to say and be the holder of the 22nd coin after attempting and passing all 3 three strings! Thank you again @look_an_asian for teaching an excellent private class. Please checkout @gatewaydefense they have a ton of options for classes and the content is always top tear a long with a very large catalog of videos on his YouTube channel. Please check it out! 🙏 . . . . . . . #uspsa #coach #pistol by @chen_rts
Beautiful weather and very sunny day 😎 @bscmiuspsa As usual @tacoscheap and all the setup staff put on a fantastic match at @bscmiuspsa . Please always check them out if you are in the area! Another All Classifier in the books! Probally didnt make M class always just shy (84.5%) but I had a lot of fun and definitely the highest level I have brought to a classifier match. Here are my best runs and what I think showcases what I have been working on. #uspsa #competition #aclass by @chen_rts

First match done ✅ Round Table Shootings attended their first major and while not setting any records no one finished last, no one DQ’d and everyone pasted chrono (barely 🤣)! It was a really rainy weekend 🌧️ at the 2026 Michigan Sectionals match but South Kent Sportsmen’s Club still put on some excellent stages! Thank you to all the staff, volunteers and everyone who helped make this match happen without that support USPSA would not function! Also a HUGE shoutout to @ryanswindlehurstphotography for taking photos this entire match! Even in the rain he was out there getting all the angles! Check him out! 📸 🔥 See you at the next! Don’t for get to dry fire 😉! . . . . #uspsa #match #competitionshooting #guns #rain by @chen_rts
First level 2 Match in books! It was a very rainy weekend and that definitely affected the stage planning 🤣 Thank you to the staff at SKSC for putting on an excellent sectionals match despite the weather! I finished the match 46th overall and 12th in LO, my goal for my first major match was to finish A class or above in my division so mission accomplished 🫡 Squad 304 was an absolute blast! @twofreeog @matchtimeps @ryan_langille223 @rts_jake @brandon_is_nguyening @justsaeyeon Also big ups to @ryanswindlehurstphotography to taking photos all match long in the elements can’t wait to see the photos & videos check out his work! Please enjoy 😊 On to the next! . . . . . #uspsa #shooting #competition #competetiveshooting by @chen_rts
Finally got a swinger for the home range. Can’t wait to delta mike this target at practice 🤣 Swinger and popper steel from @challengetargets excellent quality and super easy to put together! #uspsa by @chen_rts
Awesome match this weekend and finally got to shoot in some excellent weather! Match went well today @oaklandcountysportsmensclub took 5th Overall and 3rd in LO. Only thing that didn’t go well were my cameras! Both had there moments missing an entire stage and some first & 3rd person 😭 On to Sectionals! #southkentsportsmansclub #uspsa #competition #shooting rangeday by @chen_rts
Excellent match despite the weather at Oak Hill Gun Club. Thank you to @oakhillpracticalshooting for putting on a great match! I ended up 12th overall and 8th in Limited Optics; not the best, but I was very happy with my flow of the match despite a very interesting start 😂 I also can't help but mention that a little over 1 week prior, I took an awesome class taught by @timherronshooting @gatewaydefense & @justin.shoots ( @atriumperformance ) they brought out another level of shooting in me and definely raised my match consisteny and my brought my base skill level up signifigantly! A big thank you to those three! Also, please be on the lookout for the @dawson.benefit.match in May of 2027; 100% of match entry fees will go to @arkkr_itters as a donation! Mark your calendars! - - - - - #uspsa #practicalshooting #rainyday by @chen_rts
