I literally
do
not
care
if my neighours think I’m weird.

I wash my hair at volleyball and walk out of the sports centre with my hair wrapped up in a towel.
I wear nose strips to yoga.
I rarely wear makeup.
Nobody cares.

You know what it takes to rebuild. The difference this time? You don't have to do it alone.

A half-day intensive to get crystal clear on your goals, strategy, and self-management. Four weeks of weekly 1:1s to celebrate what's working and troubleshoot what isn't. Built for established business owners who've got runs on the board and want their momentum back.

Is there anything on your biz as usual list that actually excites you? by @chenaecarey

Today was something incredibly special.

I asked for sisterhood and boy did I receive. Every single woman in this photo represents something uniquely magnificent and I just feel so incredibly grateful for the friendship I experienced today.

Heart full.

You're running a business through hormonal chaos and still making sales. Imagine what's possible with an actual plan.

The Leap Forward Intensive is for established business owners who've had a setback and want momentum back, fast, without frying their nervous system to get it. Half a day to get clear, then a bunch of 1:1s to keep you on track. It’ll feel as awesome as laying on cool tiles during a hot flush.

I didn’t come roaring back to my business after everything changed.

(plus I’m not a 26 year old anymore)

I stepped back in slowly.

Reeeeally slowly.

I leaned on my BAU and I just worked on getting the basics happening. That’s it. I pretty much ignored social media and projects didn’t get any attention.

And when I think about it now, and all the different setbacks and challenges I’ve seen other business owners navigate, I’ve been wondering...

Is the urge to “bounce back” perhaps really a desire to GO BACK?

Back to how it was.

Back to the version of the business that existed before everything fell apart.

And we romanticise like it was some golden era. I know I do that about 2019, and I definitely wanna go back to the time when Max was still here.

But we can’t go back. And that version of the business was built for a version of us who hadn’t been through the shit 💩 yet.

I reckon we’ve all been through it in some way.

For some it’s loss, for others it’s perimenopause, injury, illness. Some have relationships end, some step into a caring role and others part ways with business partners.

There are so many different “setbacks” (and I know this word doesn’t fully honour the significance of these experiences, so if you have a better one, tell me) that invite us to reconfigure the way we do business.

What worked for me is redefining the business for the here and now. For the comeback era. For who I am today.

And I can help you do the same. by @chenaecarey

Your body might be doing some weird shit right now. Your knowing isn't one of them.

After a setback, it's easy to stop trusting yourself. You second-guess the offer, the pricing, the plan, and end up doing nothing or everything at once.

The Leap Forward Intensive starts with a half-day where we lay it all on the table and get ruthlessly clear on what your heart's already telling you. Then four weeks of 1:1 mentoring to actually do it.
