I used to keep everything in my head.

My mind was just… full. All the time.
Too many thoughts, nowhere to put them.
At first I couldn’t even write properly.
Some days it was just random words.
Lyrics. Little drawings. Half sentences.

But I kept showing up.
And slowly I started noticing things about myself I never saw before. Patterns. Feelings I was avoiding. Decisions I kept repeating.

That whole process changed my life honestly. So I made the kind of journal I wish I had back when I started.
