GOLDEN PANGEA!! 🏆✨

What an extraordinary honour to receive 1st Place in Advertising at the Siena Creative Photo Awards with 7EVEN from my LIMITLESS series!

It was also such a special moment to be invited on stage to share the story behind my Symphony of the Muses, an artwork inspired by the beauty and symbolism of the Golden Pangea itself ❤️

An unforgettable evening surrounded by the incredible SIPA family and photography friends from all over the world!

Truly an experience unlike anything else! Forever grateful to @sienawards for the magic, the friendships and the memories! ❤️✨ taken in Teatro Dei Rinnovati by @cherainecollette

𝐒𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐚 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲, 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 ❤️

There are moments that go far beyond the stage, the awards, and the applause. Moments that remind us why we do what we do.

On Saturday, October 10, Piazza del Campo became the heart of an unforgettable evening.
The Siena Awards 2026 Awards Ceremony brought together people, stories, and emotions from all over the world, while Molecole, with its breathtaking aerial performance, transformed the magic of our city into a shared moment of wonder.

Looking up at the sky, surrounded by the beauty of Siena and the energy of so many people gathered together, we were reminded that the most extraordinary experiences are those that bring us closer, make us feel part of something bigger, and stay with us long after the lights go out.

This is what the Siena Awards is all about. Not only celebrating extraordinary photography, but also creating connections, sharing emotions, and building a community that knows no borders.

To everyone who joined us, travelled from near or far, smiled, applauded, and shared this special evening with us: thank you for making it so meaningful.

Some memories cannot be captured in a photograph. They live in our hearts.

And perhaps this is the most beautiful thing we can take home from Siena: a piece of this city, a piece of this evening, and a little piece of each other.

Until we meet again. ❤️

Entirely created from my own photography, composited by hand and digitally painted.

‘The Sands of Time’, Photographic Painting, 225 × 180 cm, part of my Treasures series.

Set within an opulent golden mirrored room in Vienna, the work brings together cheetahs, falling chandelier crystals, drifting sand and a beautiful clock photographed in Florence, its dials set at 7 o’clock.

A reflection on the passage of time, love, legacy, and the treasures that remain when everything else begins to fade. by @cherainecollette

In celebration of World Photography Day, SH Modern is pleased to spotlight Cheraine Collette, an internationally acclaimed artist whose ethereal photographic paintings transform reality into something entirely imagined.

Blending photography, digital hand-painting, and meticulously layered imagery, Collette creates dreamlike worlds where nature, architecture, and mythology converge. Her works blur the line between photograph and painting, inviting viewers into a world that feels both familiar and fantastical.

Currently exhibiting at the 9th Chianciano Art Biennale in Italy, Collette has received more than 300 international awards, including two Golden Pangea Trophies from the Siena Awards and Fine Art Photographer of the Year.

A distinctive voice in contemporary photography, Collette invites us to look beyond reality, and imagine what lies beyond it.
