Today is the unveiling of the Most Influential Women of Washington, D.C. in VOGUE Magazine… and I am still taking it in.

To be one of four women representing this city feels bigger than a title. It feels like legacy. Like sacrifice. Like twenty five years of showing up when it was hard, uncertain, and required more faith than facts.

The third day of the third month… Women’s History Month… my favorite number. The alignment is not lost on me.

This September marks twenty five years in real estate. A commission only career. No guaranteed checks. Just discipline, resilience, integrity, and belief. I have seen soaring markets and painfully slow ones. Seasons of abundance and seasons of wondering when the next closing would come. Still… I showed up.

This recognition belongs to my family, my clients, my partners, and every person who trusted me with their home and their dream.

Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia… thank you.

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve officially joined The Agency!

For 25 years, I’ve been doing what I love as a real estate broker, developer, designer, and coach across the DC Metro area. Now that I’m also licensed in Florida, joining The Agency means I can serve my clients wherever their next move takes them, from DC, Maryland, and Virginia to Florida and beyond.

What hasn’t changed is why I do this. I want every client to walk away feeling like they learned something along the way.
