When I’m not being a W.O.M.A.N....I’m probably dancing in a daydream or running through a field of sunflowers 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

💙🐺 **New name. Same mission. Same amazing people.**

Today I stopped by the Open House celebrating CSUSB’s newly named **Office of Civil Rights & Title IX**, formerly Institutional Equity and Compliance and now part of the Division of Human Resources.

And of course, I had to grab some pictures with members of our **DEI Team!** 📸💙

✨ Kalie King
✨ Cherica Bell
✨ Alisha Beal
✨ Robin Philips
✨ and yours truly! 😊

The office may have a new name, but the commitment remains the same: supporting a campus community built on **equity, respect, inclusion, safety, and belonging.**

I’m proud to serve on CSUSB’s University DEI Committee and even prouder to work alongside people who care deeply about making sure our campus community feels **seen, heard, respected, and supported.** 💙

Good people. Important work. Great energy. And a whole lot of Coyote spirit! 🐺💙
