Friends, it’s ready. After months of email discussions and planning with a graphic designer I work with in the UK (not to mention a year of considering even taking the risk of a redesign), the new Ashes for William is ready for you.

Here’s what it’s about:

Small-town Maddy has big dreams of becoming a pastry chef, though her reality looks more like a dated kitchen in her family's leaky old farmhouse. Little does she know that her sassy best friend and roommate, Kat, is using her baked goods and other household props in less wholesome ways to help pay their bills.

As the women cross the threshold of adulthood, their relationship is tested by grief, dishonesty, and a seemingly perfect guy and his pet rooster. At every turn, they are forced to choose the path each wants to take--and if they'll take it together. When a dark twist leaves them with a harrowing problem to solve, Maddy and Kat will discover just how strong a bond they share and the lengths they'll go to protect it.

Happy anniversary to Paula! :D One year ago today, I published "Paula Thinks She's Dead," a short story that I've been told is a "literary nugget." Available on Kindle, it's only 99 cents to download and savor. <3

We have some upcoming changes to schedule this Fall. We want to give plenty of notice, so these changes won’t be happening until end of October/early November.

Starting 10/28 Wednesday 6pm Barre will become Hot 60 with Cherie Dawn🔥
7:30pm VIN to YIN will become a 45 minute class.

11/2 we are adding a Monday morning Pilates Reformer class at 7:15am with Tabatha 👏🏻

Starting Saturday 11/7 10am Yoga will move to 9:30 and we are adding an 11am Heated Mat Pilates Sculpt 🙌🏻
