Courtney, Darci, and Maryellen had a fun afternoon rollerskating a couple of weeks ago. Check out more about it on my site: https://wintersprite.net/cherishedplaytime/2024/08/24/roller-skating-fun/

Here is a combo belated Sew Sunday plus Mini Doll Monday post. Not much, however I did finally cut up some old PJ shorts that had stretched out elastic plus rips at the waist part and made a doll-sized throw pillow with a couple of pieces.

And I added a Mini doll in the pic, along with my TM58, Kensington, for funsies.

(yesterday and today are my days off of work this week and I’m exhausted so not getting as much done as I would like but still trying to do some stuff in between naps, mostly while watching/listening to YT. Someone give me more energy!)

Saw this @douglastoys bat kitty in a toy shop in Saratoga Springs and had to get him. Tomorrow he’ll come back home to New Hampshire.

Also a pic of Samantha by a Women’s Suffragette plaque.

Kaya picking out her clothes for today. Her duffle bag holds two tops and two bottoms plus the AG hair pick (my brushes are temporarily MIA when I want them, lol).

We’re back in Saratoga Springs, NY! Before checking into our hotel room, we took a walk in the park and went on the carousel. After we got to our room, Kaya grabbed her AG magazine to read during some downtime.

It was around two years ago that I restarted my AG IG account, after deleting my original one and going on a hiatus for my mental health. Our first trip to Saratoga Springs to see the Gothard Sisters was documented in early posts (Nicki Fleming and Anna Larson came with me last time). 🐎

My Kaya and Mini Cara (Mini modern Caroline), and my mom’s Raquel and Mini Samantha at the Bennington Monument in Bennington, VT.

I think it’s neat how the Bennington Battle Monument in VT is linked to both Fort Number Four in NH (fairly local to us) as well as Saratoga, NY.

This was our first stop on the way to Saratoga Springs, NY for the weekend as we will be seeing the Gothard Sisters tomorrow night (this will be our fifth time seeing them).

1970’s themed painting using supplies from the September 2026 Sketchbox. My dad used to have a round green pillow like the one on this chair.
