I’ve been using aesthetics as a lens to view the world. Styling, art direction, creative direction, set design, and music is how I choose to express myself.

If you wish to label me, “I’m a post disciplinarian which is really a neologism, a magic trick, an all access pass to places and spaces I wouldn’t necessarily find myself in if I specialised in one discipline” @nkhensanimkhari said that to me when I asked him what his thoughts were around the fluidity of identity and I was seen immediately.

Keeping in mind that my creative journey was non linear, I hold an undergrad Bcom in Information Systems and Marketing.

Transience I, acknowledges the fluidity of identity and the inevitability of change, the beauty of impermanence and the endless possibilities that lie ahead.

In partnership with SAMSUNG and in collaboration with @mishaalganjaz , we used the S24 to capture various iterations of myself. These images were manipulated digitally using multiple layers and presented on The Frame TV.

This showcase was an ephemeral exhibition, offering a celebration of life by design.
