I was thinking of waiting a few days before posting this since I just posted my last masquerade look yesterday buuut 🤭 IM TOO EXCITED! Aki doesn’t go anywhere without his axe 😜FIRST TIME ANIMATINGGG!!! 🫣🫣 I mean, I think I animated a ball rolling in middle school or something so I guess I should say first time animating since middle school?? Definitely first time animating people talking and all in Procreate Dreams 🤭 This isn’t quite canon in my D&D homebrew campaign, but these two characters do have a lot of chemistry sometimes 😉 thought this would be funny to animate, and I want to do a lot more! Another D&D character, but of MINE!! 🙈 Meet Luzlith “Legacy” Volthune, Goliath Rune Knight Fighter of the Fire Giant ancestry! She was born to the Volthune Clan that lived in a caldera called Mount Magmalia in the Ashheld Highlands. Her father promised to teach her the Giant Runes their tribe specialized in, before the Clan was attacked by a Red Dragon that wanted to take the caldera for itself! Her father carved a rune that teleported her to safety in his last moments, leaving her as the only one left of the Volthune… a Legacy. Now she’s much older and has decided to venture out into the world, hoping to get enough prowess with the Giant Runes she’s been learning on her own to go face the Red Dragon herself! I only got to play her for a couple sessions, but I loooove making characters! It’s so much fun! LONG TIME NO SEE!!!! Back with a… new Player Character portrait?! We have a new character in my D&D party! This is Nerrin, a Harengon Bladesong Wizard played by my fiance in my campaign. 😌 He has replaced my fiancé’s previous PC, Rekahr… BUT DONT WORRY! REKAHR ISNT DEAD!!! And he will be played again! We just needed to start exploring other peoples’ backstories and Rekahr was pretty set on his so the party diverged, picking up a new friend in the Feywild! I kind of love seeing this new portrait with the original portraits of my party from more than a year ago - you can really see how my rendering style has changed and improved imo! Anyway, I have some new art so I really want to start posting it more again 🙂‍↕️ it’s scary with AI out there scanning our stuff, but I WANT TO SHARE MY ART!!! I want to show there are still so many people making art with their own two hands, and I am one of em! This weekend I’m hosting a Candela Obscura one-shot and felt inspired to post the rest of the characters I drew for the last one-shot I played in (more than a year ago!!!) Philomena hasn’t been on the surface for long but is soooo happy she found a pond 🤭🪷🐸 it’s just too dry for her up here! 🪸🌊🐚🐠I finished this one last night and I think this is my first time attempting an actual background in like 6 years 🫢🫢 I’m pretty happy with how it turned out!
