I LOVE BEING A DYKE! 🖤 @thelondondyke

So proud to be part of the London Dyke Deck by @ellenkydd - celebrating the beautiful, expansive community of dykes in London. Inspired by the one and only @csopie ‘s original Dyke Deck!

Being a trans dyke has given me the freedom to question the roles I once inhabited, explore my dyke identity through a trans lens, and embrace a fuller version of myself. It’s an ongoing journey of learning and discovering more about who I am, and finding community with people who make me feel seen and understood.

I wouldn’t normally say yes to being photographed as I’m very camera shy, but this felt like such an iconic moment. Thanks for convincing me El💕

I love being a trans dyke, and I love my trans siblings!

Did the most wholesome Pride Campaign for Transport for London about Social Change and Activism, highlighting LGBTQIA+ charities, organisations and individuals.

Watch out for it on the tube! It’s in Victoria and Vauxhall Underground Stations 🚇

Featuring TransActual, Gwen Jones, Julie Hayward, London Friend, Lady Phyll from UK Black Pride, Switchboard, Sue Sanders from Schools OUT, Gay Liberation Front, Terrence Higgins Trust, Dan Glass and ACT UP.

As part of their Pride campaign this year, Transport for London (@transportforlondon) have shone a light on Switchboard’s work. Photographing us at the iconic Bishopsgate Institute (@bishopsgateinstitute), home to Switchboard’s archive and the largest LGBTQIA+ archive in the UK! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

For over five decades, Switchboard has supported the LGBTQIA+ community through challenges and triumphs, offering a listening ear in difficult times and moments of joy. Our support is completely free and available wherever you feel most comfortable, whether that’s via phone, chat, or email from 10 AM to 10 PM, every single day of the year.
