Hi, there! The only cool thing in my room is probably my bookshelf, so there it is ๐Ÿคญ This is my entry for #thebookstagramtag ; thank yous again to @sly.reads for the tag ๐Ÿ˜š๐Ÿ’• _ _ _ ๏ฝก*๏พŸ+ When did you start your bookstagram? โ†ณ July 7th '22! Well, technically, this acc was made a long time ago โ€“ originally an aesthetic board acc โ€“ but now I'm combining them (โœฟ^โ€ฟ^) Why did you start a bookstagram? โ†ณ I love the photos that everyone takes of their annotations, hauls, shelves, and just simply enjoying the reader life!! It's fun seeing people be so excited about stories bc I didn't have a lot of friends who liked to read :') What inspired your username? โ†ณ oh, I'm a reader and "macchi" comes from "caramel macchiato" which came from/reminds me of a BTS song, so ( โ—œโ€ฟโ— ) there ya have it First review ever posted? โ†ณ I don't have any yet! Favourite part of bookstagram? โ†ณ the same answer as why I joined; the community, the art Bookstagram made me buy it โ†ณ I haven't been here long yet, but booktwt made me get a few, and a few of them I'm gonna say I'm neutral with lol Fave bookstagram tag? โ†ณ haven't explored that yet! Booksta aesthetic โ†ณ oh, it ranges, can't pin specific ones down right now hehe Recent favourites โ†ณ Love & other words; JADE WAR; Get a life, Chloe Brown; These violent delights _ _ _ ๏ฝก*๏พŸ+ I tag anyone who has seen this! Take care (โ€ขำฉโ€ข)โ™กโ˜•๐Ÿต by @cherryybluuee
๐Ÿฉท CURRENT READS & MY THOUGHTS ๐Ÿฉท (+ current song on ๐Ÿ”: Watch Me, K/DA) โœฑ How to love a cursed girl โ€” I am so intrigued?? ngl I thought it would be boring and predictable, but I got hooked in by the art style and the personality of Seon-hwa cuz he gives golden retriever vibes, but he's flirty... I also wanna know what happened with the first guy that Do-ae liked and who seemed to have liked her back ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ I fast passed this one ๐Ÿ˜“ โœฑ Ex-Love Review โ€” I've been following this for a while aND WE JUST REACHED THE ULTIMATE OMG SCENE LIKE I AM BOTH SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED AND SCARED ... Do with that reaction what you will and catch up with me if you want ๐Ÿซข โœฑ Singles' Royale โ€” pls this story is so funny, and I'm enjoying it so far!!! The progression of all 3 women's relationships are unique and navigate different situations. I'm really curious about the endings, and it looks like Seona has the most success so far โœฑ This punk wants love โ€” This is the kind of second chance trope that hook, line, and SINKS me, especially now that we have Ikhyeon slowly thinking coincidences with Yujin are fate (although he's still a little sus to me) while Junha is growing more convicted of starting over with her ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ โœฑ All kinds of nonsense โ€” I'm sorry, that CLIFFHANGER????? ILLEGAL !!! Things are unfolding and idk what to think, but shit just got deeper fsjjsjs โœฑ Non Tua โ€” omggg not Leonides blushing more often around Vibia..... ๐Ÿ‘€ But I really hope Aquila doesn't do anything that causes trouble because he's lowkey caught in the middle and, like, blind to what's going on... ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€ And the frickin' princess, pls don't start shit... And Valens ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ โœฑ The classmate โ€” three words: terrified and WORRIED โœฑ Killer Peter โ€” everything that has been revealed recently IS APPALLING, I AM ALSO TERRIFIED AND HEAVILY CONCERNED ABOUT WTF HAS BEEN GOING ON like wdym clones???? With the Apostles DNA??????? How're we supposed to fight against that?? ๐Ÿ˜ญ ๐Ÿ’ฌ ARE YOU READING ANY OF THESE TOO? What are your thoughts? (โ โœฏโ แด—โ โœฏโ ) โš ๏ธ Cover art doesn't belong to me. Source: Webtoon App #webtoonrecommendation #webtooninstagram #manhwa by @cherryybluuee
If anyone wants a good cryโ€”I mean, enjoyable read that transports them from historical events to a fantasy world, to a university campus, to the realm of acting and what goes on behind the scenes, to the beauty & significance of friendships.... I've gotchu ๐Ÿซถ (ALL WORKS ARE COMPLETED!!! so you can totally binge read lol) โš ๏ธ Cover art source: Webtoon App. None of the art belongs to me. #bookstagram #webtoonrecommendation #webtooninstagram #webtoonedit by @cherryybluuee
Super random, but bubble tea... outfits... accessories... nail art... FRIENDS!!!! so here's what I ended up with lol (โ ไบบโ ย โ โ€ขอˆโ แด—โ โ€ขอˆโ ) (mayhaps future OCs for a slice of life story?? I'm going back to my elementary to HS roots kekeke esPECIALLY HAVING 1D PLAYING) Practice with Pinterest collages, as per usual ๐Ÿ’ฌ WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE BUBBLE TEA ORDER? ๐ŸซฐTag a moot if the vibe suits them ๐Ÿ˜› #aestheticboard #bubbletea #fashion #isthereabookinvolvingbbtquestionmark #taggingthingslikemakifromandteamlol by @cherryybluuee
More of a rainbow stack and less of a TBR stack, but I wanted to try out the #TBRrainbowstack challenge anyway after being tagged eons ago by @readinggingerbee ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿซฐ It was so hard not to put the green bone saga because literally all the primary colours are there LOL (Also don't mind the low quality of a small account ๐Ÿ˜”) Titles are: The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood The Poppy War by R.F. Kuang Yellowface by R.F. Kuang Entwined by Heather Dixon To Kill a Kingdom by Alexandra Christo Finale by Stephanie Garber Master of the Game by Sidney Sheldon #bookstagram #booksta #bookrecs by @cherryybluuee
#bookishcolourstudy This was a long time ago, but thank you @readinggingerbee for the tag!!! ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’™ "Guys I think her favourite colour is blue ๐Ÿค”" ALL 3 BLUE BOOKS ABOVE ARE HEART BREAKERS BTW ๐Ÿ’  tdr โ€” rfk DESTROYED the second book curse, I was sooooo invested emotionally and mentally, my entire soul was crushed with how everything went down... If you're an angst stan like me, read this trilogy (esp tdr, specifically, before you sleep ๐Ÿ™‚) Jade Legacy โ€” THE DEFINITION OF GRAND FINALE FOR THIS TRILOGY I WAS HOLDING MY BREATH AND IN AGONY (in a good way) King's Cage โ€” I didn't think a certain thing would happen but it did and I lowkey mourn it every time I see this book on my shelf ๐Ÿฅฐ p.s. all the sky photos are mine, taken with my phone ๐Ÿ’™ ๐Ÿ’  Bonus lore ig: I like the colour blue because it's been with me in almost every stage of my life ๐Ÿซถ Tagged some people, but freedom to not join โ˜๏ธ and if you, scroller, see this you've been tagged :p #bookstagram #jadelegacy #kingscage #thedragonrepublic by @cherryybluuee

4.75 โญ SHE'S HOOOOME!!!! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ My rating is totally biased because I love EvaJacks, and this little novella is, well, just a novella lol But I loved the exploration of a different ending, the "what ifs" โ€” and how scary that can be ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ Lowkey wondering how an alternate universe would have gone in the mirror world... ๐Ÿ‘€ Leave that to the fans, maybe hehehe #themirrorofinfiniteendings #bookstagram #stephaniegarberbooks THE SCREAM I SCRUMPT SEEING THIS !!! Literally had to take a minute processing a closeup of Jacks ๐Ÿซ  AND EVA SO ADORABLE ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ It should be illegal having these two in the same frame....... PLS MY HEART WAS MELTINGGG !!!!! ๏ฝกโ :๏พŸโ (โ ;โ ยดโ โˆฉโ `โ ;โ )๏พŸโ :โ ๏ฝก ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿฉท๐Ÿฉท๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ’“ ๐Ÿฅถ๐Ÿฅถ๐Ÿฅถ guys I love them so much Another novella with these two???? ๐Ÿซข๐Ÿซข๐Ÿคญ๐Ÿคญ IN EVERY UNIVERSE ๐Ÿ’˜๐Ÿ’˜๐Ÿ’˜ by @cherryybluuee
#thepoetempress review "How to write a love poem for someone I hated so deeply, with every drop of blood in my veins?" ๐Ÿฉธ๐Ÿ—ก๏ธ 5โญ Probably had the most satisfying ending I have ever read in years, AND I AM SO THANKFUL IT'S A STANDALONE!!!! I totally thought parts of the story would go one way, but it went somewhere else, and I LOVED IT. I cried a total of two times, and I am so tempted to say why, but you guys will just have to read it for yourselves to support this debut !!!! ๐Ÿ”ฅ The pacing was great - so many layers, like this was the embodiment of show not tell, the world building was immersive enough, I was left on the edge of my seat towards the end, and oooo, the (SUPER COMPLICATED AND SAD) character development and dynamics all around were FUN (in such a painful way- I mean what?) !!!!! (I wanted to post both versions of the #collage cuz I wanted more ink for the carps. Source: Pinterest) #thepoetempressshentao #bookstagram #aestheticboard by @cherryybluuee
