How i make my cayenne pepper shot.
This helps with inflammation, constipation, gas , indigestion, upset stomach, increase blood circulation, regulates blood pressure, heals the heart , pancreas, kidneys, spleen, liver function thyroid , ulcers ,and muscle spasms. Heals a sore / irretated throat, has 2 vitamin b , calcium, vitamin c , zink , iron , selineum and kills bacteria and parasites.

Ingredients.
1/2 lime
1/2lemon
1 teaspoon of cayenne
1 teaspoon of turmeric
A pinch of pink Himalayan salt
A pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey

Doing a gut cleanse with papaya seeds and washing it down with the cayenne pepper shot to rid my intestinal tract of parasites and bacteria to have a head start for the new year.

🏆🔥 PART 2–4 | NPC FIRST CALLOUTS — THE WORK BEHIND THE WINS! 💪🏾💯

Before the lights, before the comparisons, and before hearing our numbers called for FIRST CALLOUTS, there was work being put in BACKSTAGE! 🎯🏆

This was the moment we locked in, got our pumps going, perfected our posing, and made sure every detail was on point before stepping in front of the judges.

This is where my brother @vladyizzy_fitness switched straight into COACH MODE!

From critiquing everyone’s form and posing, making sure our competitor badges were on the correct side, checking our tans and gloss, helping with pre-stage pump-ups, and keeping the entire @gainssoldseperately team focused and ready for battle!

What people see on stage is only a small part of what goes into bringing home those wins. Behind every successful team are people willing to put their own needs aside to make sure EVERYBODY EATS! 💯

Huge shoutout to my brother for his dedication, leadership, selflessness, and the countless efforts he put into helping us bring home our FIRST WINS AS A TEAM! 🏆🥇

We wouldn’t have made it this far without you, brother! Your fingerprints are on every one of those victories!

First off I wanna give a huge shout out to this group of men I call my brothers for locking in and stepping on stage with @gainssoldseperately as a team in the NPC men physique this past weekend showing up with great energy and physiques. I’ve watched these men train and become so disciplined over the last 12 weeks and I couldn’t be more proud of them. Just want to start of by saying I’m grateful to have experienced the stage with my brothers , we set out the goal to all compete at first call out and we did that 💪🏼😎

Also would like to thank my girl and my family and friends who supported me throughout the whole process I’m forever thankful 🙏🏼❤️

Show day for my husband 🥹🏆

The early mornings, strict routines, long days, sacrifices, and all the work that happens when nobody is watching… it all led to this moment.

Being the wife behind the scenes means juggling the kids, the house, the prep, the nerves, and everything in between—but I wouldn’t trade being there to support him through it.

So proud of you and the work you put in. ❤️ No matter the outcome, stepping on that stage is already something to be proud of.
