Depression , Self Doubt , Self Hate , Stress . They are real , we all will experience them , one if not all but I rebuke them lingering in our lives , poisoning our mind , affecting our mental health. Being a suicide loss survivor to my Bestfriend has been the most traumatic experience in my life . I will always advocate & speak up . I will always pray 💜🙏🏾. Life is unpredictable, smile at people , Be nice , when someone speaks to you speak back or speak first sometimes , when you haven’t talked to someone in a while check in , when God puts it on your heart to go see someone just do it . When god puts someone on your mind lift them up in a little prayer even if it’s short and sweet . There’s so many simple things that we can do that can make a difference in the next persons day .. in their lives. #suicicideawarnessmonth by @chesaraeee

A heartfelt thank you to my lil sister who had this beautiful memorial blanket made with my mom and my kids. It is such a thoughtful and meaningful gift that I will cherish forever. 5 Years Later 💔 . You’re still loved ,remembered & missed deeply saying I miss you is an understatement , 5 years later and I still drop tears like you just left yesterday so many days I say to myself I can’t do this like how am I supposed to live and just go on without you here , i miss simply having a dad to go to and it’s really hard for me everyday, BUT GOD continues to be my strength & I your mutt will continue to honor you from down here in everything I do , every move I make , every where I go !!
