Some screenshots of the film. Creating this visual style was one of the most challenging parts of making this film. Our art directors, Sophi Morris (@sob3b3)and Kassandra Hernandez-Zuñiga (@kiikizu_ ) devised the idea trying to implement textures through embossing and blending mode layers. One of the more interesting features is our foliage. The idea of having different flowers in each shot that represent the mood and emotions was voted unanimously amongst all of us. The composition, down to the placement of every single bush and tree was intentional.

Here’s an excerpt of music from the score I composed for “Chevalerie”. I absolutely loved shaping the emotion for this film and adore the tapestry theming throughout!! Fantasy music in itself is so fun to create but with this project having such a rich story and beautiful imagery, the music came together seamlessly! I hope you all enjoy the score and are able to catch the film in its entirety.

And thank you so much to the directors Ashley Svendsen and Charles Flores by @chevaleriefilm
