Ep.02. Chevin Cycles. Hydro Retail Park. Ripon Rd. Harrogate, Yorkshire. HG1 2BF

Founded in 1981 in the heart of what used to be called the West Riding of Yorkshire. The roads around here hosted the Tour de France in 2014 and the UCI World Championships in 2019. Tom Pidcock and Lizzie Deignan came up riding these same lanes.

Sanjai runs the Harrogate store. Not featured in the video, but his presence is felt in how the place runs. The kind of owner who greets everyone with that particular Yorkshire warmth and makes sure every customer walks away with exactly what they need. Jamie was on the floor doing exactly that, walking a customer through a bike with the kind of patience and knowledge that only comes from genuinely caring about the sport. Jamie and the rest of the team have been there for years. That kind of loyalty doesn't happen without something worth staying for.

The Harrogate shop sits directly on the 2014 Tour de France route into town. If you know, you know.

Every shop that carries Pearson runs differently. Chevin runs on Yorkshire terms.
