Love is fuel for the deepest and purest form of humanity and Murphy-Harpst Child Center bears the torch!
What they have begun at Murphy-Harpst provides a landing place for the weary, earth-side. Their mission as an appointed family is to remind them that they are worthwhile, that their story is still being written, and they each carry a story worth telling.
We merely witnessed a glimpse of how much is being done to restore, redeem, and reconcile in the day to day for every kiddo that crosses their path, yet the gaps we got to fall into this week leave us all in deep humility.

HI GUYS!
I have a ministry update!
This May, I am joining a team from UGA Wesley to go to the Murphy-Harpst Children's Center. Murphy-Harpst serves at-risk children in the child welfare system and their families in Cedartown, GA. Murphy-Harpst Children Center’s therapists will provide informational sessions to our team on how to interact with children healing from trauma, and we will have the opportunity to do therapy-guided recreational activities with children, service projects, and recreational field trips.

If you know me, you probably know how much the Lord has laid it on my heart to advocate for all children and to hold hope for anyone who doesn't have the capacity or privilege to hold it for themselves. I am expectant for what God can and will do through this trip and how much we will all be humbled to open our arms and hearts to being the family God seeks to set the lonely in (Psalm 68:6)!

My heart breaks and bleeds deeply where God's does for the abandoned, mistreated, and marginalized. I believe we are called to deeply consider the heart of Christ for all who inhabit the Earth, and to intentionally respond with compassion to advocate for anyone and everyone to have the opportunity to feel seen, known, loved, and worthwhile. That being said, I am joining UGA Wesley on a ministry trip to the Murphy-Harpst Children's Center, and I need your help, both financially and through prayer and encouragement.

This design is inspired by Psalm 30:11! The NIV version in scripture reads,
"You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness."
My testimony is of the KINDNESS and JOY of the Lord reigning over self-doubt, heavy burdens, and brokenness, and He desires this for all created in His image, which is every one of us!

The Holy Spirit dwells heavily within the Cuban people and it is really cool to witness! They remain in a state of full desperation before the Lord, they love sacrificially, and I leave in awe of how the Spirit responds. Thank you Cuba, thank you Jesus!

READ FOR A MINISTRY UPDATE!!!

Hi friends and family,
I have a super cool opportunity to spend a week in Cuba with UGA Wesley this coming December! While in Cuba, we will have the opportunity to step into a culture of faith that is like no other! We get to partner with our brothers and sisters there by asking the Holy Spirit to minister to them through us, take part in praying blessings over a conference of pastors from all over Cuba, and partner with what God is already doing in Cuba!

As many of you know, I’ve experienced full heart transformation as the Lord has unfolded His grace upon my life. In walking in freedom with Christ, peace and joy have been at the forefront. I’ve gotten the most amazing opportunities to be loved on by a community of people that reflect Love as it was authored, and to serve in ways that allow me to pour that love unto others, yet often leaves me fulfilled more than anything!

This all being said, I need your help to get me to Cuba!
This is an opportunity to partner with me through prayer and encouragement, as well as through financial support!
