🥂Bringing in 28 like…..

Okay, but real talk. I went into 27 manifesting my best year yet. And now here I am, on the eve of my 28th birthday, thanking the universe for this amazing year.

26 was a hard one. I left my cosmetology career having no idea what I was going to do with myself or my future. I was so broke I didn’t know how I was going to pay my bills. I cried a lot. I had a car that would barely drive. I was sick and tired of comparing myself to others and their successes. I accepted a “temporary” job with no end in sight. I was anxious and depressed.

But when I turned 27, everything changed. I got engaged. I had started a new position at my “temporary” job and could all of a sudden see a marketing career that I loved ahead of me. I could pay my bills and still have extra left over to travel with the love of my life. I bought a car. I planned my perfect wedding (65 days!) and bought my first home. I live every day so happy and care-free. I no longer worry about the future or comparing myself to others.

So, as I head into my 28th year, I can only see up from here. And I am so fucking grateful for 26, because I couldn’t have had 27 or 28 without it.

I’m shedding happy tears. Thank you for 27. Here’s to 28 🤍
