Did you know that our bulk beef prices are comparable with big chain stores? Yes, truly. By you coming up with freezer space upfront we cut you HUGE savings. I didn’t realize we were that competitive until I went and looked at Costco’s grass-fed ground beef. I’ll make no comment on the quality of their beef, but I can tell you ours is top tier, it may even be the topiest tier 😉 (yes I know that’s not a word). And when you buy bulk with us you’ll get premium steaks, roast and a variety of other cuts. Our tenderloin is outta this world tender. I made one last week and cut it with a butter knife. The first time I saw this view I gasped. It was still green and we were touring the ranch as a potential purchase for a water project for northern Colorado that is now well underway. We drove the dirt paths through the prairie land and I saw hawks, deer, herons, ducks, dragonflies and more! It was stunning and I longed to build a small cabin near the pond. At that time we had no idea we would end up leasing this land to run @cheyenneridgecattle on. We are thankful every day to call this grassland our ranch headquarters. Howdy! Here’s a run down on the who, what, why and call to action to buy beef. We are a family run operation and my dad, Dale, who is nearly 80 is the driving force behind this business. He’s been raising cattle his entire life and he knows how to raise good quality and fantastic tasting beef (just ask any of his long standing family/friend supporters). I believe it all starts with happy and well treated cows.

We have only ever provided to family and close friends, but for the first time ever we got our license to sell our meat, processed in a USDA inspected facility (per usual), to the public.

We’ve upped our game and invested tons of literal blood, sweat and tears to make a dream shared between my Dad (the brains and money guy), Shane, (the sweat and our hold it all together guy - plus an awesome wife, Kelly, and flock of children that all kick butt helping with the ranch), and myself, Caron, (the marketing, social and pick up the loose ends gal) to bring Northern Colorado some SERIOUSLY good beef.

This is our trial run to see if it’s something you actually want, like you’ve all been saying, so we have very limited supply. During January, February and March we will have 2 beef available each month (in whole, 1/2 or 1/4’s) plus additional steaks and ground beef to purchase by the pound. When that’s gone I don’t know when we’ll have more, it could be several months.

We’ve had lots of inquires already but a deposit holds it. In other words it’s time to put your money where your mouth is and stock your freezer with yummy tasting meals! Send a DM to get the price guide and place an order today!
