If Portuguese bean soup & chicken stew made a baby what would it be called?

Pocho Stewoup? Pocho Chick?

Idk 😂 but I wasn’t gonna wait for frozen ham hock to cook & chicken is healthier~ so I made a little remix with the 2 & it came out acktion 🤤

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast
Portuguese Sausage
Cabbage
Celery
Carrots
Potatoes
Green Bell Pepper
Onions
Garlic
Chicken Bone Broth
Stewed Tomatoes
Crushed Tomatoes
Kidney Beans

Seasonings:

Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
Sazon

Instructions:

Chop & prep. Cook onion & garlic. Add chicken & seasonings, cook. Add sausage, mixy mix. Add wet/can ingredients & bring to boil. Add hard veggies, cover and simmer till almost done cook then add soft veggies, should be ready shortly after.

Held off on the macaroni bc I wanted some Hawaiian rolls & not too much carbs 🤭

Perfect for this baby making weather. Enjoy~ 🥰

Hi beautiful, rooting for you, praying for you✨🤍🙏🏻

I desire to inspire & bring light to darkness. To help empower and motivate other women to step into their fullest potential.

You are deserving of everything you desire. The love you search for is within you. Slow motion is better than no motion. You’ll attract what’s meant for you the more you stay true to you.

Keep showing up.
Keep being you.
Keep growing.
Keep learning.
Keep loving.

Love yourself & always put yourself first 🫶🏻

Someone asked me what keeps me motivated?

Truth is many times I don’t feel motivated, but it’s my discipline that keeps me going. I remind myself of my goals & how far I’ve come & what’s still ahead to work towards & it keeps me pushing & showing up.

Just starting with one habit & repeating it consistently then slowly stacking on more builds discipline.

Although I relied on motivation a lot in the beginning of my fitness journey, I’d listen to motivational YouTube videos & watch fitness influencers.

Now when I need motivation I look back at my videos and see the strength & resilience in me the day before or even a month/years ago & it keeps me going.

Knowing she showed up for this version of me now & I can continue to show up for that version of me & continue to build for the future version of me ❤️‍🔥🥰
