It’s been 20 years since we tied the knot and it’s still holding strong! I don’t like PDA’s much but Melissa May Fogal I love you and I’m a lucky guy to have picked you to spend the last 20 plus years with. You’re the most thoughtful, caring, mindful, creative, and beautiful all around. You’re the best at being supportive and number one at surprises, two key ingredients for longevity. Sorry I was too sick to go shopping. Here’s to 20 more. OMG I’ll be so old. ❤️😘 @melissafogal by @chfogal

To old pop punkers

We are happy to hear that a number of friends have heard about THE GAMITS coming to Japan and contacted us for the first time in over ten years.
There are still many old listeners who are uninformed.
Why don't you take this opportunity to get in touch with your old friends who used to go to punk gigs.

The organisers are the same members as when they first came to Japan!
Let's have a reunion at the venue‼️

オールドポップパンカーへ

THE GAMITS

Acoustic set alert! If you can’t stand the screeching of electric instruments then this set is for you. We are super thrilled because we don’t have to carry heavy things to the show and we get to drink delicious @vetrabeer all day long. We will be playing some Gamits, some Dwayne, some @1234midrake and more. Como! June 8th @vetrarocks @joshuabluesclub See ya pals! taken in Arci Joshua Blues Club APS by @chfogal

I just wanna say thanks to all the friends and family that took time out of their busy holiday schedules to party with the Fogal family over the last couple weeks. We love you and miss you and it was all so worth it. Hugs to friends who are going through some hard times and congrats to friends who are beginning new chapters and families. Is @danieljfox really Mark Ruffalo or is that just a crazy rumor that I just made up? Have you ever seen them in the same room? Hmmm. 🤔 by @chfogal
