I have traumatized 100s maybe 1000s of people with “Thunderstruck” by AC/DC ⚡️
it’s about a five minute song and you do jumping jacks the entire time and when they say thunder or thunderstruck, you do a burpee ⚡️🔥🥷🏽💪🏽 🔋
so if you claim you don’t have time to do a workout, this is a five minute banger that I guarantee will have you sweating 🥵
